I bought this couch back in March and I have had it for a month now (maybe a little over) and it is a good couch. It is massive! The pictures do not do it justice. Me, my 11 year old daughter that is 5'1, anf my 2 year old son can fit on this couch while all of us are lying down on it (while the "pull out bed" is taken out) And we would still have room for another person! The couch is super soft, which I love. It is quite stiff though when you get it. It has broken in a bit since I bought it. Took a few weeks for that to happen. It is pretty comfortable now. I have almost fallen asleep on it quite a few times. The chaise is pretty long. I'm 5'4 and can stretch out on it and not have my feet dangling off. If you're taller than that though, your feet/legs will dangle. The chaise also has a lot of storage space which is a plus. You do have to put a little effort in opening it up but its not too hard to do so. The delivery had me a bit nervous though. 4 boxes were delivered over a span of 2-3 days. 2 very large boxes came 3 days before my expected delivery date. One of the two boxes (for both deliveries) are quite heavy. But I was able to bring them inside by "rolling" the boxes on their sides from my doorstep and inside my home. When I opened the boxes, I realized that it was only TWO pieces of the sectional that was delivered. I called Amazon and they told me the other parts would be delivered in the next 2 days. I did receive the rest of the couch 2 days later. That being said, the couch was super easy to put together. As a single mom, I was able to do it by myself. All the pieces slide into place (the back and each sectional peice) The feet screw in. The chaise peice does have some parts that need to be screwed in with the allen wrench but it was no big deal. I loved that all the cushions, pillows, feet, and tools were inside on the bottom of the couch. There is a zipper on the bottom that you unzip and everything is in there. The hardest part was trying to slide the chaise by myself into the connecting middle seat, but I manged to do it. The only cons I have with this is that 1: I wish this couch came in a light grey color. The dark grey was not the color I wanted. But I got this one because all the other light grey couches that looked exactly like this were more expensive. 2: The back of the couch is very short, so it becomes uncomfortable when sitting straight up to watch TV. It puts strain on my neck and shoulder blades. But to solve that I put pillows behind my head for support. And finally there are no words on the instruction papers. The pictures are clear enough for the most part. But when it came time to put the chaise together, I had to look a little longer to understand what I needed to do. Overall though, the couch is great especially for the price, and is a huge upgrade for me compared to the sofa and loveseat that I had. When I say this is the BEST sofa I've ever had, I MEAN IT! I've had many sofa sets because I get bored and like to change the scenery every couple of years. This one is my favorite! It's firm but soft easy to move around. The pullout bed was already attached so no hard installs. Me and my 10 year old daughter put this together by ourselves. Only thing you'd have to do is screw on the base pieces and slip the pillow pieces right into the frame. It took about 30 minutes to do. Make sure to follow the number order of the boxes. It will make it so much easier. Instructions were simple and clear. Easy to clean and the storage space is already assembled as well! I absolutely loveeee it! ... show more

“ A Dream Come True” I am not sure if most knows, but this couch has gone viral on social media for quite some time now, so to get the couch at a reasonable price or completely in stock has been a challenge in itself, so when I came across this one at such a good price I was extremely skeptical… I ordered the couch on a Friday evening and delivery date was set for the following Friday and I received it on a Wednesday. Super fast delivery, extremely easy to assemble. All of the tools needed were in the box and the instructions were literally self explanatory. The couch is indeed comfortable, but it is NOT plushy. The pillows are, but the couch itself is very firm. I may just have to break it in a bit and it’ll work just fine. The only reason why I am not adding five stars, but I am still very much in love! *** I’ve made screenshots of my pictures to hide my address at the bottom of the screen. Idk how to delete that new apple feature where it adds your location to every picture you take. ... show more

DO NOT WALK, RUN!! I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW ON ANYTHING BUT I WAS BLOWN AWAY! I have been trying to get my hands on a sectional with this material but at a reasonable price. And I FOUND IT!! No way I was going to pay nearly 2k for a couch after moving my new place. But little reviews had me skeptical. Then I also seen a review of the pieces not coming in all at the same time. Had me worried I was going to get either a temu experience where they send you a Barbie couch or it was going to be cheaply build lol but NO! THEY ALL CAME AT ONCE AND 3 DAYS AHEAD!! The way everything was packed was very thoughtful and carefully put WITH CARE! VERYYYYY EASY TO PUT TOGETHER! EVERYTHING CLICKS INTO PLACE AND LEGS SCREW ON. Comes with everything you need! The most you’ll need is a screwdriver. VERY STURDY of course it’s stiff when sitting you’ll have to break it in. Back is a little short but that’s ok. Not a dealbreaker. Extremely soft to touch. A+ Amazon couch! This thing is easy to clean, easy to put together, and so soft! The covers all come off and you can wash them if need be, and Velcro to the back so that they don’t move around! All boxes came in the same day and also 7 days earlier than expected which is always nice!

The media could not be loaded. couldn’t be happier! this couch was exactly what we were looking for and the photos/videos don’t do it justice, in person she’s gorgeous. came in exactly 1 week in 4/5 giant boxes. will probably need help putting it together but could definitely see a badass assembling this couch solo. we did not use the directions that it came with it was pretty much common sense. i do agree with the other reviews with the couch being slightly firm but not too firm to where it’s uncomfortable. the back is slightly shorter than any other couch i’ve owned but again, not uncomfortable at all. it is quite large so if you have a small living room this may take up more space than you’d imagine. this couch exceeded my expectations and i wish i could rate it more stars. great quality, soft and sturdy material. it’ll be hard to find a couch this cheap with great quality in stores. ... show more
