Wow! What a pain to assemble! Thank God I wasn’t the one out there doing it! My husband, our Neighbors and kids all helped! All people involved are top tier mechanics in their fields. The instructions were terrible. Diagrams not words . That is truly the biggest complaint.It literally took me two hours to figure out the curtains. The curtain hangers hang up when trying to move curtains. And are plastic. So we know they will eventually break. They don’t move over the beam areas so my husband ground down the posts. When putting curtains up the panel with ten grommets goes over the center posts. It’s our fourth gazebo assembly so we are thinking about starting a business! Giggles It is so beautiful and we are absolutely in love with it! Well worth the investment! I love the oak look on the beams! It also has posts that don’t eat deck space. Two tall ladders and five good friends helps a lot!

Love the Gazebo but it had issues. First, one of the legs and several panels were dented, nothing too serious but still, dented. One of the top rails was missing the four rivets, again nothing we couldn’t fix ourselves. They offered $80 for compensation which I took just to end the whole process. The thing went up real easy and I love the look.

This seller will ship your gazebo in 7 boxes heavy and not possible for delivery guys to safely transport your item so it will arrive damaged 99% its not well protected and boxes are very heavy delivery guys have no option but to throw and push and toss this huge heavy boxes than you will have to contact this guys for replacement parts which is painful they will tell you fix bent and damaged parts first. It takes 1-2 days each day to get an email it will be lame excuses and asking lame questions to take time and piss you off. Best when they ask you to send pictures and you cant attach pictures because you can only send one at the time even after resize your pictures than they ask you for part # and you have 2x big boxes of roof parts many little and big parts all damaged from at least one side or corners or all sides. They know which parts are damaged but this is their stalling tactics and to make you realize how big mistake you made trusting this guy's with you hard earned money ! Than you will discover instructions are not good and detailed especially for top roof no screws to secure it safely , holes they pre drilled are to big screwed short and cheap/poor quality . In our case we got half way done when roof installation was next when many issues surface like factory misaligned parts and holes . This was so stressful painful and aggravating we even hired two guys to assemble this gazebo paid $750 and now we are stuck for two weeks no gazebo no parts no refund. But we will contact Amazon Corporate and Customer service for help this is unacceptable! Be aware !

This is a well made product that goes together without any major issues. You have to be methodical and be able to decipher the pictures because there aren't many words in the instructions. Give your self time to make mistakes and then correct them. I assembled the gazebo mostly by myself in about 2 days. One person helped me with the raising of the roof and installation of the roof panels. Bob Gervais has a good description of assembly in his review. I assembled the roof structure with my wife on a windy day and I found it easier to put the cross pieces up first instead of the diagonal pieces. The cross pieces are shorter and less unwieldy. The only mistake I made was positioning the medallion at top where all of the roof structure pieces meet. I should have turned the medallion 45 degrees so the velcro parallels the second roof line. This would have better aligned the mosquito netting where there is an opening with the second roof. This was not a big deal. I also put the gazebo on my deck and I knew I wanted to install a fan so I drilled a half inch hole (good for 12/2 wire) on the top of one of the legs and dropped a thin rope through the hold so I could snake wire through the leg later. This worked except the diagonal roof structure partially blocked the hole so you should see how this piece sits on the leg. The gazebo has added a lot of enjoyment for us when we use our deck. It blocks the bright summer sunlight which kept us off the deck for most of the day. This was a great purchase for a sturdy structure.

This is a lovely gazebo once complete. We put it on our deck in lieu of a permanent roof. It is very sturdy. Looks good and looks as though it will last many years. however, buyer beware! It is extremely difficult to put up. It needs expert knowledge and craftsmanship. Some of the tools and components do not work well. You will need a toolbox with good tools, and you will need no less than two experienced craftsman to put it up. My husband and my son-in-law, both experienced craftsmen, worked on it for five days every day. So again, it is really a very nice gazebo and good value for the money but if you do not have someone who understands how to build things, you would probably have to hire someone to install it.

I bought this gazebo, a 14x20, back in June. We put it together for an August party. Everything was great! Loved the gazebo. Then hurricane Helene happened. We were under tornado watch all night long. When we woke up, somehow my gazebo ended up on top of my fence with most of it in the brush on the other side. We could see the legs on the back side were bent, but didn't know the complete damage. We only seen the front 3 that were close to my side of the fence. We saw some slight damage. Anyway, I contacted customer service, told them everything, confirmed my information for them, and sent them pictures. THEY NEVER HESITATED TO HELP ME. They told me to make a list of all the parts I need. Took some time, as we had to find people that could bring this gazebo back to my side of the fence. I sent them the complete list, more pictures, as we were able to see better what was damaged. In less than a week, I've got 6 out of 7 boxes of replacement parts. Just waiting on the last box. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GREAT THINGS ABOUT THEM. I tell everyone. It really helped me in the fact that it was one less issue I needed to worry about. It shows that they truly do care about their customers. As long as you can prove the purchase, show with pictures, they will help in any way they can. Thank you to all the customer service representatives at EROMMY that I was in contact with. They were all very nice.
