250lb adult male. Handles light mud and snow with ease. It handles so well. I used to ride scooters and Go peds as a kid so the nostalgia was there. Its fast and also the low gears can get u through some tuff stuff. I never intended to use it in snow but it did great. Its become my go to for going around the farm. Would recommend anyways. I ordered the scooter, and within less than a week, it was delivered to my home. Everything was included, and nothing was damaged. The assembly was very easy, and the battery was fully charged. All the accessories were as described. Everything works as it should, and the performance is incredible. The scooter has great grip on rough terrain, and it climbs hills very quickly with a lot of power. I would definitely order again. The support via mail and customer service also works very well, and what really impressed me is their after-sales service. Update. I have a positive Defective folding mechanism and loose stem. I spoke with customer service from yume and they allowed me to return the scooter and have offered a full refund. Overall good experience with the company. The 4 stars review is because of a bad loose stem but the yume company has fixed the issue by offering a refund. ... show more
