Update. I have a positive Defective folding mechanism and loose stem. I spoke with customer service from yume and they allowed me to return the scooter and have offered a full refund. I am an avid scooter rider and the last scooter I rode was like 4,000 miles before I decided to upgrade. So I have a very clear idea of what I'm looking for so first let me start with the positive things, on the surface there are a lot of great features to the scooter. it has a 3,000 watt motorx2, dual hydraulic brakes and suspension. it's a dual motor 72 watt scooter with tons of power and speed. it will reach up to 54 miles an hour. Also the Battery are large like 27ah up to 30ah depending on weather you choose the Samsung battery or not, but keep in mind that is probably another 250 dollars more. but here are a few things that I had an issue with, first of all the actual stem is reversed out of the box and that means that the handlebar will be mounted backwards unless you're aware of that when you start with. also the stem lock on the bottom could also be reversed and if you get it on the wires are pretty tight and it's hard to spin it around. and with all these specs another thing you have to consider is that it's a fairly heavy scooter it's not something you can just pick up and carry upstairs. Another issue I encountered was, there is very little instructions letting you know these details. You have to sort of find out or contact the manufacturer directly, considering all these things Ultimately I decided it was too much of a hassle. so I ended up looking for something else, here are a few things I would recommend the manufacturer tries to make right next time, first of all try to deliver the scooter as ready to go as possible we don't have to reverse things and everything is the correct way as it should be, because more than likely whoever is putting the scooter together, it's probably the first time they've used this type of scooter and they're not aware that things were reversed. also they should include written instructions in the Box letting them know what needs to be done in order to get it up and running. Falls a little short for what I'm looking for, but I will keep an eye out for future models maybe…a large deck can be comfortable , its too big to bring inside anywhere, so you have to be realistic, if all you want to do is ride on the weekend...this might be an option, but as a daily commuter, probably too inconvenient and in my case i have a few staircases I need to deal with daily. ... show more

250lb adult male. Handles light mud and snow with ease. It handles so well. I used to ride scooters and Go peds as a kid so the nostalgia was there. Its fast and also the low gears can get u through some tuff stuff. I never intended to use it in snow but it did great. Its become my go to for going around the farm. Would recommend anyways. I ordered the scooter, and within less than a week, it was delivered to my home. Everything was included, and nothing was damaged. The assembly was very easy, and the battery was fully charged. All the accessories were as described. Everything works as it should, and the performance is incredible. The scooter has great grip on rough terrain, and it climbs hills very quickly with a lot of power. I would definitely order again. The support via mail and customer service also works very well, and what really impressed me is their after-sales service.
