Had these chairs for a month now. I have to say I was surprised how lightweight these chairs were, yet how sturdy they can be. I have a big family with children usually toppling things all over all while living on the sixth floor of my apartment. If it was any other office chair, the noice would drive the neighbors crazy, these saved me from a lot of trouble. Okay, I just bought this chair and put it together. I like the overall aesthetics, BUT the chair will not go up and down. The handle that is supposed to move it seems loose and not able to do anything. In the instructions video, the gas lift looked to be higher upon assembly than the one I have. I have sent an email to the company. Will change my review when this issue is resolved. Otherwise, I will return it. ******Update: The seller contacted me and offered a refund or replacement. Great buy in my mind, it was easy to put together and the wheels were easily changed to something that wouldn't scratch hardwood flooring. Would recommend given it's versatility, comfort, and ability to raise the side elbow rests. Works great for me.
