I’ve been using this ergonomic office chair for several weeks now, and it’s been an absolute game changer for me! As someone with herniated discs in both my cervical and thoracic spine, I’ve struggled to find a chair that provides enough support for long hours of work. This chair has exceeded my expectations in every way. The upgraded lumbar support is a lifesaver—it automatically adjusts to give my lower back just the right amount of support, which makes a huge difference when you’re sitting for extended periods. The adjustable headrest is another feature I can’t live without. Being able to position it perfectly to support my neck has reduced a lot of the discomfort I used to feel during long workdays. The latex-cushioned seat is a pleasant surprise as well. It’s incredibly comfortable and does a great job of relieving pressure on my hips and thighs. The product itself is well designed and affordable, but was shipped with a broken headrest. No problem, these things happen, however when I wanted to reach out to the seller to receive a replacement, Amazon refused to let me talk to the seller. They only wanted to replace the full item which creates wasted product and extra shipping. Seems unnecessary.

My first reaction is: it’s not bad! I want to like this chair more than I do, admittedly, but compared to what I’ve had before it’s much better. Overall it’s a pretty good chair I’d give it a 3.75/5 Positives: - I love the adjustability of the headrest and the lumbar support. - I love that the armrests shift up (that’s a major game changer for me) - Looks great, the mesh is nice and feels awesome Neutral - I do wish the lumbar support moved just a tiny bit higher as it doesn’t quite sit on my lumbar, so it’s awkward, but that’s just a personal problem. It’s an excellent lumbar support otherwise. (I do appreciate that it’s removable so I might actually just remove the support if it gets too bothersome given where it sits on me). - Instructions weren’t too hard to follow, but there was one step I wish was a bit more clear. Nothing too complex though. - There were a couple of steps where I needed another person because getting the pieces to stay put was a bit tricky - The chair cushion is pretty good, not super comfy but not uncomfortable. Dislike - I really really wish the height could be a little bit higher. I’m short and I still feel like this sits too low. The hydraulic is up all the way and I can still put my feet flat on the floor. If you’re taller that might be a bit uncomfortable being low to the ground. - There was some sort of weird rust-like stuff inside one of the pieces in the spokes of the rolling wheels. The other four spokes didn’t have that problem. Despite my criticisms, overall this is a pretty good chair for what I paid for it. It will make for a good secondary office chair for me. The height and lumbar support aren’t dealbreakers but they are enough for me to dock a couple of stars.

Followed instructions to a T, but was still missing necessary bolts and screws. Seat of chair is sloped forward and chair does not tilt backwards as described. I wish I could return this, but not sure how since it is assembled now.
