This chair is a big disappointment. It’s marketed as ergonomic, but it’s extremely uncomfortable for long sitting sessions. The seat is hard, lacks proper cushioning, and offers almost no support or wrap-around feel. The backrest feels flat and unsupportive, and the overall design does not conform to the body at all. Very low value for the price — definitely not worth it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Decent quality chair if you get the right parts in the box. The design is a little off. The cover for the back of the chair is not usable. The plastic has to be cut to fit.

This Ergonomic office chair is very comfy and appealing to the eye. My teenage son uses it for his gaming chair. He can sit in it for 8-10 hours at a time some days with no complaints. He loves it. I’m so glad it I got it during the summer prime days at a discount because it just made it that much better. My only complaint is I wish it was the black one that was discounted and not the cream colored one. But so far we haven’t had any issues with any spills so fingers crossed it stays clean. 😊

I bought this specifically because it was "top rated for comfort" and it's not comfortable at all! - The seat is incredibly hard, causing my bum and tailbone to hurt from sitting longer than 15-20 minutes - The fabric is rough and scratchy, which isn't a big deal on the seat, but it's HORRIBLE on the armrests and leg rest. - The headrest is virtually useless as it doesn't even sit anywhere close to your head unless the chair is reclined. And even then, the headrest doesn't stay where you put it because the weight of your head just pushes it down. - Even on its lowest setting, the lumber support digs into your back. - No matter how the back is adjusted, you're either leaning back or slouched forward because the lumbar support causes your lower back to be too far forward in the chair. - The mesh back claims to be "breathable" but i had a fan blowing directly at the back of the chair and couldn't feel any noticeable difference compared to when the fan was off. The only reason i give this 2 stars instead of 1 is because it was fairly simple to put together and seems decently sturdy. But if comfort is what you're looking for, look to a different chair because this one ain't it.

Necesitaba una nueva silla porque trabajo desde casa, paso todo el día sentada en mi escritorio y mi espalda estaba sufriendo. También paso mucho tiempo jugando en la PC luego del trabajo, asi que necesitaba algo mejor. Esta silla es muy completa para su precio, tiene reposapiés, reposacabezas, ajuste en la espalda y reclinable, es una ganga. En verdad, trabajo mil veces mejor ahora, me gusta estar sentada y mi espalda la ama, puedo dormir sin dolor ahora. Le coloque forros porque el color es blanco, con el tiempo se puede manchar y no quiero eso asi que es mejor cuidar el producto a futuro. Fue fácil de armar, sola y con destornillador me llevo 1 hora. La guía es muy completa y viene con todas las herramientas para su ensamble. Encontré solo 2 problemas, pero no afectaron en nada y es uno, el embellecedor de la parte baja el la espalda de la silla no encaja muy bien del todo, pero no pasa nada, y una de las patas, es más pequeño que el grosor, así que cuesta mucho meterla, no le pude colocar el tornillo, pero quedó bien porque queda ajustada. De resto, maravilloso, eso si muy pesada, entre dos personas la subimos por las escaleras y casi que no.

Ships with a part that does not fit and two left arms. Had to make a return and hope they sent it with one left and one right arm. It works ok as a chair but is not worth the hassle.

The chair was fairly easy to assemble. The color is very nice. The foot stool is 100% unnecessary for me. I’ve been trying to use it and I feel like I have two broken legs sticking out from a wheelchair. The seat cushioning is non- existent. I have been sitting in it at my desk for 40 minutes and my lower back feels like it’s been kicked by a horse. Let me specify that I have a sciatic pillow on my chair too. It feels like I’m sitting on a concrete bench or block. I ordered this to replace the chair that has been wreaking havoc on my lower back…joke’s on me!!! DO NOT PURCHASE
