This chair is everything I wanted and more! The arms come up, so it saves space when not in use. The one I got is white and pink, which was what I was looking for. It took about 45 minutes to put together, and it looks just like in the picture. The arms have padding, and the seat itself is made of comfy foam. There were no mismatched holes or striped threads. The chair came with an additional faster of each type. It did take a bit more than 20 minutes to assemble, but I was taking my time. The chair itself seems to be of high quality. The fabric is very comfortable, and the adjustments are easily made. If you are looking for an office chair at this price point this is it. Assembly time was about 30 minutes and the instructions easy to understand. You notice how solid the parts are as your putting it together. The lumbar support is great and the seat cushion is comfortable over several hours in a work day. The best part the piston is strong, no more constant re-adjustments, it stays put where I set it. I assembled the chair last night and haven’t yet used it. I bought the chair for the lumbar support feature to help with a lower back issue. I very much hope it lives up to the claims of support/comfort. The chair was easy to assemble. I bought the black version. It appears to be sturdy & I like the tilt feature. After a short test of the chair last night, I’m sorta 2nd guessing my decision to buy a chair with a cloth seat & armrests. I suspect that the material might feel hot & potentially uncomfortable against my skin after sitting in the chair for an 8 hour work day. (I am switching from a chair with a mesh seat & cushioned pleather armrests, so it may just be an adjustment on my part.) The particular cloth material on this chair gives it a somewhat cheap appearance, but, if the lumbar feature helps with my back, I can live with the appearance. I do like the large seat & that the chair has a head support feature. That being said, the adjustable piece for the headrest does not stay locked in place. It keeps sliding downwards. Since I’m short, it should still work for me, but was frustrating when I was testing out the chair. That part definitely needs an upgrade in quality. ... show more
