Love this chair! I have only been using it for a week but it fits all my needs. I also reached out to get the extra lumbar cushion and May from customer service was beyond helpful. My dad bought this chair a few years ago and he really likes it. I work from home full time so getting a good chair is a necessity. I really enjoy all the features this chair has. It's extremely well built. I put it together myself but I recommend two ppl to do it. This is my favorite home office chair that I have owned. I find that the chair to be made from quality parts, very comfortable, and there is a quite a bit of adjustability. The hardware and provided tool for assembly are great and they provide one extra each screw in case you ever need it. The hardware is also clearly labeled in the packaging and the assembly instructions are extremely easy to follow. Solid construction, packaged very well. Directions for assembly were the best I have ever had, very easy to assemble. Only thing I would like to see different is, the armrest fold up but I wish you could adjust how high or low they are.
