We had purchased a different chair from Amazon a few months ago and apparently the way I lean back on the chair made it snap. I'm not a huge dude - 6-feet tall ~200 lbs. So I was hoping to get a new chair that had a higher back (preferably a piece to support my head) so that it could support me better. I also needed it to be versatile, since I use this chair while I'm sitting at my desk working and also when I turn around to my gaming monitor, lean/lay back, and play. The chair went together quite quickly and feels very high quality. The only downside is that the arms, which sit separate from the back of the chair, shift forward, back, and twist sideways about 20 degrees each way). While that's good if you want to quickly adjust where they sit on your elbows (since they're not overtly large - about 8"), it can be a bit annoying when I'm leaning back on the chair as my arms are inadvertently pushing them forwards/sideways so I'm constantly resetting them. It's less of an issue if you're using the chair in a traditional desk setting. Other random things I like: - Lower lumbar support (super important to me - for my chair at work I had to buy one of those pads you wrap around the chair in order to give me that support, but it basically comes as part of this chair) - I like the lighter color which you can't always find in other chair styles - Wheels are very strong and sturdy - easy to roll around even on carpet - Head/neck piece is adjustable

I have had this chair for several months now and all I can say is this is one of the best purchasing decisions I've made. Despite its price, the chair offers greater comfort and support when compared to my more expensive (gaming) chair. With the gaming chair, I occasionally would experience lower back pain due to no proper lumbar support. I don't have this issue with this chair and it provides the necessary lumbar support. Pros: - Great seat padding to eliminate the feeling that you're sitting on its metal base. - Canister Wheels roll and rotate adequately on a carpeted surface. I do appreciate the grooves beneath the chair which allows me to glide the chair across my carpet more easily. - The mesh back and lumbar supports add breathability so my back never became unnecessary hot and agitated. - Relatively simple to construct. All parts and screws were included. It took me around 20-30 minutes to construct. - The "up and down" gas mechanism works well. I never felt that I had to launch myself up or slam myself down for the chair to change levels. - Nice tilt function and headrest if you ever have the need to close your eyes for a few moments. Areas For Improvements: - I do wish that the arm rests had greater degrees of rotation. Currently, it has the standard 3 degrees of swivel. However, I did like that they were able to slide forward or backwards to better suite the comforts of my arms. - Back and lumbar support adjustability. This is probably why the chair was priced competitively as there's no functionality to adjust the back supports (at least to my knowledge). For me, they are positioned perfectly; however, some may not have such luck.

Overall this is a very good chair. I have two small issues. The arm rests are loose and turn in and out too easy. No lock. Not a big deal. The headrest could be a little higher. I'm 6'1 and it barely fits. The cushion is comfortable. The mesh is kinda hard but ok. Rest is really good. Well made and easy to assemble. I recommend this chair.
