I was worried that the mesh would be uncomfortable for long gaming sessions, but I was pleasantly surprised to be proven wrong. It looks slick, & fits in perfectly with my desk & gaming rig. Assembly took 15 minutes or so. For mesh, it's surprisingly soft, & has plenty of back support. Of course it's breathable, so no sweating after long sits. Adjusting the desk is easy. The only thing I would change is the length of the foot rest. I'm 6' 1" & feel like it should be a bit more substantial. That being said, it is NOT a deal breaker as I seldom ever recline at my desk.

Great product and great customer service!
Color: Black
Style: With Footrest
Great chair! It's comfortable seating and I love the footrest! I can switch between sitting upright and kicking back with my legs stretched out. My original box had two of the same part where a left and right were needed. I contacted the company by email, and they (Alice) sent the correct part within days. Alice has also followed up twice to ensure we received the correct part and verify I was happy with the chair. Great product and great customer service!

I'd order it again
Color: Black
Style: With Footrest
I love my office chair! The material is easy to wipe clean. The hydraulic works well. I don't use the foot rest as often as I originally thought, but it is nice to have the option when I do want to use it; when not in use, it slides right under the chair and doesn't impact the function whatsoever. It has great lumbar support and is very comfortable and stylish. Only negative, the arm rests are SUPER easy to adjust forward and backwards, so they slide very often.

Great purchase
Color: Black
Style: With Footrest
Great office chair at a reasonable price. Assembly was simple and there are many adjustment options to accommodate almost any body type. The price is much lower than a similar office chair bought at Office Depot a few years ago. I’ll have to see how it holds up over time, but so far, so good.

No Redeeming Qualities
Color: Black
Style: With Footrest
Awful - no comfortable position! Caused neck issues. 1) There are not enough detents / lock positions for the chair. The default is straight up and down, and the next one back is way too far tilted back if you're working on a computer. 2) Lumbar is way too prominent. Excessive lumbar is very uncomfortable for me, and it cannot be dialed back sufficiently in this chair. It forces an uncomfortable sitting position when combined with the detents/lock positions. 3) The armrests can be swiveled around depending on your preference, but they don't really lock in and are easy to accidentally swing out when you're sitting down or standing up, which can be clumsy and frustrating. 4) Footrest is flimsy and practically usable. I do not recommend this chair at all, for anyone. Get a lightly used office chair.

This is the second one I have purchased. I bought the other one about two years ago and it is still going strong. Very well engineered. I will continue to buy these for my offices as we need them. They are probably the best bang for the money.
