When I received this package, I was surprised at how small/compact it was--hard to believe a high-back office chair could fit in that box! As I unpacked it, I was impressed by two things: first, how incredibly well it was packaged with an obvious intent to protect the components; second, how solid, heavy-duty, and high-quality those components were. I got the box unpacked and read the instructions. They were simple and easy to understand, and included so many "here's a good tip" notes that it was obvious that a lot of thought and experience had gone into writing them. I found the chair simple to assemble and had it done in less than 15 minutes. The chair was very adjustable. I was able to get the height to exactly what I wanted with no trouble at all. I was also able to adjust the height of the lumbar support, and to adjust how far it extended. There are a lot of adjustments you can make, the instructions lay that out quite thoroughly, too. As a result, the chair was very comfortable and helped me sit with a healthy posture. I bought this chair because I had begun having an ache in my lower back, which I suspected was due to a chair I had been using for over 5 years. Within 3 days, the back pain was gone. I was also very impressed with the customer service. Their manual mentions in multiple places things you can try if you have any issues, and always ends with "call us". Their team reached out to me after a few days to make sure I got the chair assembled with no issues and that it was comfortable. This was all part of the all-around quality of this purchase. I'm very happy with this chair!

I bought this chair intending it to be an exact replacement of my previous, which I love. It's very close. But first, the packaging! There is so much work put into this packaging that there is no way this will arrive damaged. I'm impressed with the care put into it. Also, the instructions for assembly are very clear and easy to follow. Nothing is lost in translation with this manual. I have limited use of one hand and would normally use a power tool of some sort for all those screws but the included allen wrench has a handle on it and is VERY easy to use. The chair itself is very comfortable. It's wide enough to not be restrictive but not so wide that it's awkward. The legs are in a great place to be footrests and even include grips to help keep your feet on them. I had to read the instructions to figure out the tilting and raise/lowering features because it's not as obvious as on some chairs, but not hard once you read it. The lumbar support is great. The adjustability seems "meh" but you can tell a small difference when turning the handle. The *ONE THING* I do not care for about this chair is the arm rests that move back and forth. I often pull my chair by the arm rest and every time, they give and it's frustrating. I don't know why this is a necessary feature and can't think of any time I would use it so it's just annoying to me. Overall, this was a solid purchase for me, and a good replacement for my previous chair. I'll have to get over the arm thing.

This chair you is amazing. I have a HON chair that costed me six times more and is not half as good as my new Molents chair. My wife loves the minimalist styling. Lumbar support is adjustable up or down or forward and backward. Arm rests are ergonomically designed. They can be adjusted up or down or at an angle. Back tilt tension is entirely adjustable. Back tilt can be locked in place with lever. Gas lift of chair works seamlessly. You lift yourself and press the lever to push the seat up. You can lower it with the same lever. Up and down is driven by gas lift so it is very smooth. There is no padding but the mesh is breathable and well design and extremely comfortable to sit on. The meshes are clean with no lose ends. Durability remains to be seen but it looks extremly strong and well designed for lasting use. Size is ideal with weight rating of up to 300 lbs. Following the instruction booklet, assembly was a breeze and I was done in 30 to 35 minutes. The hardest part of assembly was unwrapping the protective cover off the parts. Second hardest part was figuring out which hole behind the back support do the chair legs come out. May be it should be included in the instructions. Their after sales service is fantastic. This chair will sit on a wooden floor. Traditional casters can damage the flooring. I just called the number listed on amazon and just took a chance to see if they make polyurethane balde like casters. Lo and behold they are sending me the casters completely free of cost. Wow!I

I’ve been using this chair for a bit now and it’s been a genuinely upgrade. The build quality stands out right away, it has real heft and doesn’t feel cheap or hollow. Everything fits together cleanly and once assembled it feels stable and planted. I’m over 6 ft and 200+ lbs and it handles that without any issue, no creaking or sense that it’s being pushed to its limits. There’s enough space in the seat and back that you don’t feel boxed in. I added an extra ergonomic cushion and it still feels roomy, which isn’t always the case with chairs in this category. The adjustability helps a lot here, especially the lumbar support. Being able to move it up and down and also forward and back makes it easy to actually get it where you need it, instead of just accepting a fixed position. The armrests are also easy to dial in, especially if you’re switching between typing, reading, or leaning back a bit. The tilt range is useful, and the tilt tension is stronger than I expected. Even at my size it takes a bit of effort to lean back, which I see as a positive since it feels controlled and supportive rather than loose or overly easy to recline. The mesh is another strong point. It came in perfect condition, no snags, no loose threads, no rough edges anywhere. There weren’t any bits of untrimmed plastic on the frame either, which says a lot about the quality control. The mesh itself is taut with a bit of bounce, so it doesn’t sag but still has some give, which makes long sitting sessions more comfortable. Assembly was straightforward and clearly thought through. The instructions are easy to follow, but what stood out were the built in redundancies that keep you from second guessing anything. There are multiple left and right indicators when installing the arms, a clear front facing marker for the gas lift, and the screws are labeled in the packaging so you’re not guessing which goes where. It’s one of the smoother assembly experiences I’ve had. I also reached out to activate my warranty and had a very positive experience. I spoke with Alice who was very knowledgeable, quick, warm, and they went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. When I inquired about the extra screw holes under the chair, she let me know that this was for a foot rest which was still in the production phase and unprompted offered to have one shipped to me when they were ready! There is an excellent team behind the product. Overall: well built chair with good materials, thoughtful design choices, and good adjustability to make it work for different setups. It feels durable, comfortable over longer periods, and especially well suited if you need something that can handle a larger frame without sacrificing support.

After my prior mesh office chair finally succumbed to many years of use, I searched for a suitable replacement - expecting to pay much more as well. I found the MOLENTS chair that checked all the boxes I needed for an extremely reasonable price - mesh, adjustable armrests, lumbar support, adjustable height, and tilt. I purchased the grey version to go with most any colors when I renovate my office. I'm glad the chair came quickly as I was using a spare that did not have good lumbar support for 2 days and my back was complaining after work. I unboxed the new MOLENTS and was able to assemble by myself in about 20-25 minutes - even while dealing with curious cats. I moved the chair into place and immediately used it for work and gaming - and to my delight, the lumbar support and adjustability of the armrests are even better than the old chair that I adored. The chair looks great - very modern with the grey mesh. In the instructions, there was an email address to request a foam seat cover if desired. I generally like the mesh for its cooling ability but an extra foam cover for winter might be nice, so I submitted my request. In a matter of minutes, I received a reply indicating that my cover would be shipped out and asked if I had any suggestions. I told the CSR at MOLENTS how much I loved my chair, what a great value it is, and that it would be hard to improve upon at this price point - I did mention that I would pay extra for upgrades in the future such as rollerblade type wheels, headrest, etc... I was AMAZED at the reply that came back from MOLENTS - they were shipping me some rollerblade type wheels and a headrest that matches this model also. What? Who has this level of customer service / appreciation anymore? MOLENTS is a company that values and listens to their customers and goes above and beyond with their products and excellent communication. I'm so pleased with this chair at this price point that I'm ordering a second one for my daughter's room as well.

I'm having a hard time writing this review because I can't tell which one I like better: the product or the customer service! I work on a computer all day, so a comfortable office chair is critical for me. This chair is great - it's adjustable in every way I need it to be, especially the armrests. The breathable mesh is both durable and supportive, and is more comfortable to sit in than the "overstuffed" chair it replaced. Let me just say: no company provides better customer service than MOLENTS. Right after assembling my chair (which was very easy, btw), I registered for the 2 year warranty they offer. The NEXT DAY I received an email from Alice in their customer service department 1) to confirm my warranty, 2) to tell me about the free foam seat cover they were sending me, and 3) to make sure the chair was comfortable and easy to assemble. Very few companies take the effort to follow up with customers right after making a purchase like that. I'm extremely happy with this purchase. This chair is worth MORE than it's weight in gold, and I strongly recommend to anyone thinking about buying an office chair to buy it from MOLENTS - you won't regret it. Oh, and if Alice's supervisors are reading this: she absolutely deserves a promotion!

This is a great chair, especially for the price. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions, and the parts were well protected inside the shipping box. Chair is very comfortable. Their customer support is fantastic (especially Alice)! Once I registered the chair for the warranty Alice reached out to give me info about some special items (newly engineered rubber wheels and a slip-over foam cushion) that she had shipped out to me for free. I asked about head rests for this model and she also mentioned a newly-designed unit for the chair, which they also sent to me to test out. She is very professional and happy to help in all of her e-mails. I highly recommend the chair and the company, and am planning to purchase another one to use at home.
