The chair over all is decent. The wheels on the other hand are terrible. It’s on bulletproof engineered flooring fortunately but still surface scratches it. The wheels don’t grip enough to turn when pushed in different directions causing them to drag and never correct direction. Tested on a carpet and it was much better but carpeting is not always an option.

I just got this product, and I'm giving it a 5 for how it is at first. If it doesn't hold up (and these gas cylinders can be very cheap and crappy) I will downgrade later on. I wanted an inexpensive desk chair that I could roll around on but would be comfortable, and this fits the bill. Pretty easy to assemble, for anybody with the mechanical skills of an average 9-year-old (which is about my speed). Pretty comfortable as well. I'm not a small guy (6'2 and about 240 lbs). but it fits very comfortably, not at all cramped. I do not know about longevity, but straight out of the box I couldn't ask anything more of a $75 desk chair. Very pleased, though delivery was sketchy and took some work. But the chair itself is just dandy.

Great chair. Nice colors as we chose blue with silver. Easy to put together. Easy to follow instructions. Our 14yr old daughter put this together. However she is not able to enjoy her chair because they forgot to include the wheels for the chair.

I don't really like this chair. The back support hits me in the wrong place and hurts my lower back. The legs protrude a little too far so that I keep hitting my heels on them. Also this chair is meant for a smaller person as the seat is rather narrow. I would not recommend this chair if you need to sit in it for any length of time. My husband does not mind it as he only uses it at the computer for a little while several times a day. I need one that is more comfortable to use for longer periods of time. So now, it is his chair, at his computer. For the price it is serving the purpose.

Assembly was fine, it's been good for 4 months, but it's starting to creak and make weird sounds, sometimes I will sit down and it will lower itself all the way down and I have to readjust the height. I wish the arms were adjustable. The seat cushion is comfortable and does not stain easily, good chair for someone on a budget, but I'm already ready for a new one. I do use this chair 40 hours a week, so if you are going to be using it less, it would probably be fine.

Prompt arrival and well packed box. Cats not included. Experienced chair assembler here: leave screws a few turns inserted but not tight until a given step is done. That's important when inserting the arms especially. A hex or Allen key screwdriver bit for a drill expedites the process, but all tools are included to safely build the product. Standout feature: one lever to lock or unlock tilt + height control also. So on the right side you can control both features. Comfortable cushion and breathable back mesh. Mid back to support healthy posture rather than neck support when reclining. Would recommend for 4 hour comfort when tasking. Overall impression: great, shippable value that beats the price and quality of comparable retail stores. Note for the unprepared: chairs which show a connected arm and back will have more screws included for assembly than chairs with backs that connect to only the seat plate. Assembly will go faster with a drill and practice, but regardless fifteen to thirty minutes.
