I needed to replace my old broken office chair and this chair has been ah-mazing. As far as rotation goes, this chair just glides. The controls to increase or decrease the height of the chair are fairly standard while the cushion is fairly soft and supportive. I also like the material it's made from as I'd rather not have leather. The back feels great to lean against and the lumbar support is superb. The multiple articulations of the arm supports is great too: up, down, forward, backward and rotate left or right. Assembly was super easy as well. The instructions are well written and everything was packaged in a manner that was easy to assemble, except...the wheels...they are located inside the packaging for the chair back. The packaging is opaque so you can't see them, I spent a good 3-5 minutes looking through all the packaging for them before I thought they may have squirreled them away in another component. One pro-tip, use the boxes that it comes in (shipping box and package box) to assemble the chair. You can put the chair in various states of build on top of a box for easier assembly. Overall, they really designed a great product with consideration from assembly to useability and it really shows. I couldn't recommend this comfy, aesthetically pleasing, easy to assemble office chair more!

BLUF: I like the chair a lot, it is easy and fast to assemble but I would not expect a lot for customer service based on their English translations. This office chair was acquired to replace my 5 year old faux leather office chair that the "pleather" was starting to peal embarrassingly. I never really liked the faux leather material on the old chair as it did not breath at all. This chair has a mesh back and cloth+foam seat which breaths much better and doesn't hold heat. Assembly was very easy with instructions that were amusing in their translations from Chinese but clear and easy to follow just from the good pictures. From the picture I took with all the parts laid out on my office floor to the fully assembled it took my 25 minutes and I was watching YouTube videos and consuming a couple of beverages all the while. The chair is very comfortable to sit in, provides significant lumbar support and is easy to adjust. I can't speak for their customer service. It is an office chair and they are pretty simple and while I don't see much need for support for an office chair, they are pushing their customer service in their propaganda (it is after all a proud PRC company from the markings). From what I have seen in their marginally translated documents I'm betting their customer service will not live up to the hype they put in the documents included. If they had good English customer service then why didn't they have a native English speaker read and edit their included documents before printing? I included some pics of a few of those documents if you are wanting to see for yourself.

One thing I'll say about this chair is that it certainly came well packaged. This baby was wrapped in so much different cardboard and plastic but I really appreciate that, at least I know this company won't allow their products to their customers. Pulling everything out and assembling the chair was not too hard and I was able to do it by myself in under an hour. Instructions were fairly simple and I was able to follow them even through the somewhat broken translation. Chair is fairly comfortable to sit in and the cushioning is pretty good. I find it satisfying to sit in and have no complaints about the chair padding. I really love the wide frame of this chair. Love the 3D arm rests (seriously they are so comfortable and relaxing) and found the subtle but effective 2D lumbar support to be satisfying. Some chairs go too far with this feature and make it too pronounced which leads to it pushing the spine out too much but this felt just right. Furthermore you can adjust the lumbar support to better fit your specific needs whether that's permanently or something you adjust daily. Really love this chair and company.

The first chair I got was defective and I couldn’t even get an armrest installed. That’s why I knocked off a star. Customer service was good and after a few emails they sent out a whole new chair even though I only needed a seat cushion. The 2nd chair was perfect and really well made. Good armrest and seat height adjustments. Nice lumbar adjustment. Really good chair once I got it all together.
