I got this chair to replace my old desk chair that I was using in my apartment. The chair arrived in a smaller than expected box and came carefully labelled and packaged. Everything you need for installation is provided for you and it took me less than an hour to completely assemble it by myself. I appreciate the soft cushion and the mesh backing, which helps dissipate heat, especially during long hours that I spend at my desk. It’s really sturdy once fully assembled and there is no wobble or play with the chair or armrests. I appreciate the adjustable headrest, armrests, and the adjustable height and tilt. This chair has helped reduce fatigue by improving posture during my longer hours working at my desk and has reduced back and posterior pain during long work sessions. I also like the built in coat hanger and I think it’s a nice touch. Overall, it was a breeze to set up, it’s easy to use and it’s high quality and I think it’s definitely worth the money.

I just got the chair on my front doorstep a few hours ago, and it took me about 15 minutes to put together with a hand drill. But without power tools, it’ll probably take about 20-30 minutes to assemble. It’s super easy to put together, and the instructions are really clear. The packaging was also tightly sealed and protected the product well. The chair is really big, and it fits perfectly for someone who’s 6’2” like me. And the seat cushion is super thick! It’s so comfortable. I’d say it’s the most comfortable ergonomic chair I’ve ever sat on, except for those super expensive Herman Miller’s. But at this price point I'm not complaining. This chair is so much better than I expected. It’s so nice and great for the price. The lumbar support, back support, and head support are all firm, but not too hard, not too soft, just perfect. And its made of metal and hard plastic, so it’s super sturdy and the quality seems really good.

While many positive reviews of this ergonomic chair seem (more than) a bit 'over the top' (to extent of possibly being professionally and/or AI-authored)... ...so far DO like this chair – a LOT. Comfortable + supportive – with only drawback (for me): Upper-back of chair should be more upright – to provide upper-back support while sitting at desk or typing. Good lumbar support – though user must lean back slightly to reap benefit of upper-back support – making typing at desk while leaning back all-but impossible. Chair swivels + rolls well + has simple option (via pull/push lever under seat) to lock back of chair (mostly) upright or to allow comfortable reclining with headrest / neck support. Adjustable armrests (in/out when attaching to chair) + (up/down via push-button) comfortable, as well. While generally NOT a fan of gray + black and white ANYTHING... ...must admit mostly black and white chair model (with exception of small gray plastic cover plate centered on back) is quite sharp. Chair seems to be well-constructed of mostly heavy-duty plastic body + metal base. Only time will tell if chair stands the test/s of time. But – so far – so good. Would definitely recommend chair (itself)... ...though ALL potential buyer/s should ALSO read accompanying HORRIBLE seller / FedEx review. Prepare for the worst... ...+ hope for the best. DC
