got this chair for my workspace, and overall I’m really happy with it. It’s one of those chairs that gives you good comfort without being overly complicated or bulky. The mesh back is a big plus—it keeps you cool and doesn’t trap heat, which makes a difference if you’re sitting for a while. The adjustable lumbar support is also nice because you can position it where your lower back actually needs it, instead of just dealing with a fixed support. � Amazon I really like the flip-up armrests too. You can tuck them out of the way if you want to slide the chair under your desk or just have more room, which is super convenient. It has a rocking function, which adds a little extra comfort when you want to lean back and relax for a minute, and the height adjustment works smoothly. The chair was very well packaged, and small parts (screws) were secured in a blister pack, which made it easy to account for all the parts, and limit the potential for not including all the needed parts in the chair kit. In addition, they included a "T-Hex" driver which made it easy to assemble the chair securely, with minimal chance of the screws working loose. The instructions were clear, and with all parts easy to identify and account for, made assembly a breeze, definitely taking less than 30 minutes. With the use of the included T-Hex Driver it was easy to securely tighten all screws so that they stayed tight, and didn't allow pieces to fall out of their appropriate position. The chair itself is comfortable, and with the ability to adjust the height of the seat, the lumbar support and head rest, the angle of seat and back, and arm rests, etc. should accommodate most user preferences. It is a nice feature to have the arm rests flip back out of the way if you need to work in close to a table or desk. The seat may not have as much cushioning as some people might like, but is easy to supplement with a memory foam cushion. Personally, I always add one to every office chair I use. If you haven't used an office chair with a mesh back before, I think you will find the breathability adds a lot to the comfort, especially if your office is warm in the summer or winter. It is a sturdy, fully functional office chair, and is a good value when compared to other chairs with similar features. I would definitely order again. ... show more

If I could rate 0 stars I could. The chair itself is serviceable. It’s an office chair. But don’t even think about assembling it if you feel like keeping your mental health and sanity intact. This chair is incredibly user UNFRIENDLY. The human body cannot feasibly move and contort in ways extreme enough to build this chair on its own. On top of that, you have about a 25% chance the screw in question will actually fit in the hole. I’m humbly forced to use this chair due to the fact that my old one lost all its wheels and was rendered useless, but even a one-wheeled office chair with limited mobility would be better than this rudimentary garbage. Save yourself the trauma. I wish I did. ... show more
