The good: I like the wide-body seating surface...like 1st-class seating vs economy-class, flip'down armrests are handy & comfortable. Easy to assemble. Rolls easily & is heavy-duty for those looking for a more "substantial" seat vs the cheap, flimsy stuff that's out there. The bad: the recliner feature is adjustable by way of a knob/dial under the seat. Mine was apparently defective, because either way I turned the dial, the recline was way too loose. I contacted Amazon & they're sending another chair - of which I only want/need the seat main plate which the recline dial is attached to, and that's what I'll replace. (Edit: since swapping out the main plate/recline dial...I found that there's really no difference, meaning either both are defective (doubtful) or, their tensioning dial doesn't adequately increase recline resistance. Not favorable, but also not a deal breaker...I still like the chair) Also, being very picky on this one...not having any soft padding on the back rest at all, the hard, plastic seat back may scratch/damage your wall if you recline back into a wall...but like I said, this is being VERY picky...but worth nowing ahead of time. (Personally, I just added my own soft padding to the upper edge of the seat back, so ...this removes any possibility of damage going fwd) The verdict: GOOD, SOLID, STABLE, COMFORTABLE CHAIR!!! 5⭐!

Full disclosure: in my first review, I complained that one of the arms broke within the first couple of weeks after assembling the chair. However, the seller has offered to replace the chair or refund my money as a result of that review, which I feel is generous. I would have preferred just to get the replacement part, but the seller says they can only send a whole chair. I guess I have more spare parts for any future issues. All that said, the chair is lightweight and comfortable. I especially like the mesh back for when it's warmer. It wasn't difficult to assemble, and it came with a really nice allen wrench with a real handle. The arms fold up out of the way when I don't want or need them, which is handy; as you might guess from my initial complaint, they are the least durable part of the chair. The chair is definitely worth the price, and it meets my needs.

At first glance this chair looked really nice, but when assembled and you sit in it, if you try to recline it feels like you’re going to fall backwards, the recline lock doesn’t work at all. You can lock or unlock and you’ll go back far no matter what. Hurt my butt to sit in as well idk why. Not worth 120$. I’d say this is a 40$ chair easily.
