Chair was easy to put together, especially with a power tool (size 5 hex). Note: Instructions are wrong on bolts S and R towards the end of the installation, you'll figure it out. So far day 1 of all day use is comfortable. Lumbar support, 3d headrest adjustment, and leg rest are game changers. Leg rest does "feel" flimsy, but pretty sure it'll hold. Adjustability is great, only missing the seat depth adjustment, but you can manually adjust it with some elbow grease. This is a great chair for the price @ $150 shipped. If you have an issue with leaning back with the leg rest extended, please adjust (loosen) the tension via the huge knob on the bottom of the seat. The mesh is a littler grayer than expected, but I guess it matches the silver of todays laptops. Definitely recommend!

I owned an ergonomic chair before this chair. This chair cost less and is better than my old one. The chair was easy to assembly. The lumbar support, headrest adjustment, and the best of all the leg rest, which helps so much when I want to be in a relaxed position read book. It will be great if the chair has seat adjustments. Other than that, this chair is very comfortable for reading and working all-day on the desk.

I'm a PhD student (which means I work overtime all the time), it's my third year now and my back is starting to hurt after sitting on a regular office chair for two years. So I decided to treat myself and get an ergonomic one. Can't afford too fancy ones but still want all the features like head set, leg support and lumbar support, and this one looked like a good deal especially after the coupon. Result is, my back pain is gone after using it for a week and I feel like it's saving my life now! The moment I sat on it was so good that I didn't want to get up, and I feel that every time sitting on it. The lumbar support is really flexible and support my back really well. And I use the leg rest all the time to reduce the harm to my blood circulation from sitting for a long time (I already have variosity at such a young age, sad). The head rest is at a perfect height for me too (I'm a tall Asian so I have extra long upper body just for your reference, but the adjustable range is pretty big). It's also very easy to put together. By the instruction it takes12 steps altogether. And I'd say you can pretty much do it with instinct. It took me myself around 30min only (watching shows at the same time even). The only I wish they improve is it doesn't recline very easily. I think I already adjusted the level to the easiest but still needed to put some strength on it to lean back. But overall it does such a great job at a decent price that I'm going to buy another one for my office desk at school.
