This chair is AMAZING!!! Do not hesitate to purchase it! I sit in it for 8-10 hours a day and I do not have hip or back pain like I did in the previous chair I ordered from an different company (and returned once I got this one). This chair has a really comfortable, thick seat cushion that is sculpted to support your hips and keep you comfortable. The lumbar section is absolutely wonderful and very supportive. I love that it goes up and down so I could adjust it to hit just the right spot. The arms flip up so you can push it in under you desk, but they also move forward and back and also turn to the side (perpendicular to your desk) so depending on how close you like to sit, they don't get in the way, which I thought was a pretty smart feature. I wish that the tension was a bit tighter on the arms turning sideways as they move a little too easily, but that is just nit-picking. Putting it together was pretty simple, but make sure you follow the numbers on the directions, NOT the labels on the back of the materials package as they do not match and I had to take things apart a few times. Overall, this chair is a diamond in the rough and has a great price point. Don't let that fool you ..it is fabulous! Do not hesitate to get this chair...you will love it! ... show more

Seems to be of decent quality for the price. During the assembly process I noticed that the legs bolt on verses most chairs I've bought or assembled are solid in design. The recline lock has its own arm instead of being built into the height adjust lever like I'm used to seeing. The head rest is very comfortable where the seat cushion is a little flatter and not as comfortable for longer use. The breathability of the mesh back is very nice if you are a hot natured person. ... show more

This chair’s lumbar is very aggressive. My upper back won’t even touch the back of the chair. The arms are way too high for me, and it squeaks. I also had trouble in assembly, as one of the bolts couldn’t catch onto the threads - the threads were seated too low for the length of the bolt. Contacted customer service, and they were responsive and helpful, but a week out, I haven’t received the bolt they said they were sending (made do without it).
