This is a really nice chair for the price. It's solidly built, with lots of metal features, not cheap plastic. The parts that are plastic feel high quality, not flimsy. The seat is a nice mix of cushion and support. There also lots of adjustments with tilt, seat depth, headrest, etc. The negatives are all around the arms of the chair. The material feels decent, but there isn't much padding. The arm rests move up/down, forward/back, in/out, and pivot, so lots of adjustments. But, they don't lock apart from the height, so you're constantly moving them around. Lastly, my biggest issue is that they're too wide. Even with the in/out adjustments I can't get them narrow enough to rest my arms on the arm rest and type at the same time. I'm 5'10" with pretty broad shoulders and long arms, so I'd imagine this would be a common problem. Last thing I'll say is that the support was great. My chair had a small tear in the head rest. I emailed the company and they responded quickly and sent me a replacement with no trouble.

Chair construction is very straightforward and took about 10 minutes. The base, wheels and gas piston are very solid and work well on hardwood floors, don’t have carpet so I can’t comment either way on that. For under $300 this is a pretty solid chair that has a good headrest, reclines and has a comfortable seat cushion. If you’re between 5’4-6’ this is a good choice, but any shorter and I don’t think the arm rests would be accessible for you, and if you’re over 6 feet the back rest (might) be too small. Back support adjustment is good but not “great” but it’s built-in curve already good and has a natural fit. Again, it’s a $300 chair, but you definitely get what you pay for.

I work from my home office and at my desk 9-10 hours per day…5 days a week. I was in need of a sturdy, comfortable office chair and spent several days/weeks looking for the “right chair”. I ended up going with one that I found at a local furniture store…a large warehouse type furniture store. It was $300 and was more of a padded executive type chair…faux leather…looked like I should be drinking brandy and smoking a pipe or cigar in it. It was extremely comfy, but about 4 months of use, it started to fall apart. It was not meant to be used 5-6 days a week 8+ hours per day. I took it back and they actually gave me a full refund! Anyway, I was back on the hunt for a chair. I looked at all makes and models and ended up finding this chair. It didn’t have a ton of reviews, but the ones it did have were all 4.5-5 star ratings. I decided to purchase the chair and figured that I could always return it if it didn’t work out. The chair arrived several days before it was supposed too in a very sturdy box. The chair required assembly, but it literally took me 15 minutes to put it together. The one “tricky” part was attaching the seat base to the back of the chair. The directions state that you need to put the seat base cushion side down on an elevated surface and then bolt the back to it. I flipped the shipping box in its tall edge to do this…worked great! If you’re not handy, you may need someone to assist you with holding the seat back in place while you put the bolts in…but…don’t let that deter you. It’s actually pretty easy. The chair looks REALLY good. It looks way more expensive than it is. My wife has a $600 big name brand office chair and mine looks equally as nice from a quality standpoint and mine also more features/functions. I LOVE the foot rest…use it all of the time. The adjustable lumbar support is great too. I’m 6’1”…215 pounds with an athletic physique…and this chair fits my body perfectly. The adjustable arm rests are great too. I have had the chair for almost 3 weeks and so far I am extremely happy with this chair. I give it two big thumbs up!

This is not a light chair and does require some assembly. I was able to follow the direction with no real effort and get the chair together. Everything works as stated and only have a couple of minor dislikes - the arm rests are great for adjusting forward and to the side but too easily shift when leaning upon them. I wish they had some sort of lock tab akin to the one use for up and down of the arm rest. This is just not really that bad...just an annoyance. The other item is that the entire seat unit is "dropped" into the base akin to a pole being slid into a larger pole/tube opening. I would have like to have seen a locking mechanism added to the design..whether it is a real lock or perhaps a pin. As for comfort - not everyone is the same and I admit I was very hesitant about this purchase even with recommendations. My take - very comfortable for me and I added a gel pad to the seat. It added some value. I am overall very happy with this chair and the wheels work very well on hard surfaces and in my case, also well on the dense short carpet. Though I have not tried a lot of chairs, I know how this one is and would buy it again. The overall "fit" is ideal for my body type. YMMV.

This chair is absolutely fantastic for the price. The seat is comfortable and doesn’t make you feel like you are sliding out of it. The mesh back is very spacious and comfortable as well. The wheels are decent and work well on my long carpet. The only downsides are the lumbar support and the arm wrest cushions. The lumbar support is plastic and pokes you in the back a little (usually fixable with the adjustment knob). The arm wrests could be a little softer, but haven’t cut off circulation in my arm or caused much fatigue. Over all the chair is very solid, especially for the price. I highly recommend this chair as the downsides are so minuscule in compared the how nice the rest of the chair is.
