Really happy with this chair. The brown color looks even better in person than it does in the pictures. It also feels much bigger and more spacious than I expected, (which is definitely a good thing in my opinion). And its Comfortable, Im very happy with it overall!

This desk chair is about as average as you can ask for, in a good way! The chair arrived in a large box with each of the items in separate bubble-wrapped bags, and a plastic blister pack containing all of the building hardware and a hex-key screwdriver tool. The instructions are also included, printed on thick paper. Construction of the chair was easy and the instructions were straightforward to follow. I have built many office chairs, including professionally, and this chair was definitely on the easier side of things. The usual assembly order applied: start with the base, put the gas lift in it, assemble seat cushion, then assemble arms onto the back cushion. It was a little tricky getting the back cushion to like up with the seat, and took a couple of tries to get it just right. It helped to leave the screws loose to make adjustments easier. Once the chair is built, it has a surprisingly robust suite of features including tilt lock and a lumbar cushion. I used it at my workstation for a day, and am happy to report no major problems. It was comfortable and handled various seating positions with ease. My only issue with the chair is that the lumbar support inflation squeezy (not sure what else to call it!) sort of just hangs behind the chair. On most chairs I've built with this function, it clearly loops over one of the arms, but that isn't possible with the short tube on this chair. Not a big deal, but as someone with playful cats, I expect this squeezy may look a bit like prey to them! Overall, I am pleased with this chair and will be using it for my workstation set up for the foreseeable future. I am near the weight limit of this chair and I am not sure it will prove to be comfortable in the long term, but if you are well under 250 lbs, you should be perfectly comfortable in this office chair.

This is an extremely comfortable office chair, and I really like how many adjustable and supportive features are built into the design. It feels like a chair that was actually made with longer periods of sitting in mind rather than just looking like an executive office chair. The lumbar support is one of my favorite features. There is a little pump on the side that lets you adjust the inflatable lumbar support to your preference. I really like being able to control how much support I want instead of having a fixed lumbar cushion that may or may not hit in the right place. The seat itself is also very supportive. I especially notice the support around the inner thighs, hips, and along the sides of the legs. The contoured design makes the seat feel like it supports you instead of just being a wide, flat cushion. I've found it to be super comfortable, even when sitting for longer periods. The padded flip-up armrests are another nice adjustable feature. You can use them when you want the extra arm support or flip them out of the way when you want more freedom of movement or need to push the chair closer to a desk. This chair is rated to hold up to 315 pounds, and the overall construction feels sturdy and substantial. The stitching is also done really well. I looked everything over and didn't find any loose stitching, uneven areas, or other noticeable flaws. Overall, I have no complaints. Between the adjustable inflatable lumbar support, inner-thigh and hip support, contoured side-leg support, comfortable wide seat, and adjustable armrests, this chair offers support in all the right places. It's well made, comfortable, and the stitching looks great. I'm very happy with it!

This chair arrived with well-protected components, labeled hardware and Allen wrench in a blister pack, and simple assembly instructions. The simple, easy assembly took me about 30 minutes. The chair looks great and is very sturdy and comfortable. The faux leather is smooth, stretchy, comfortable, breathable, and scratch-resistant. It can be easily spot cleaned or dusted off with a damp cloth whenever necessary. The seat cushion is cushiony and provides very comfortable support with a proper 4.5" thickness of both high-density sponge and memory foam over a sturdy wooden core. The backrest is also very comfortable and features an inflatable lumbar support. Air can be easily pumped into the internal air chamber appropriately positioned in the backrest via a hand pump and released with a simple air release button. This ensures proper lumbar support tailored specifically to the sitter. The stitched areas of cushioning on both the seat and backrest provide good comfort and support, as well. The armrests are also comfortably cushioned and appropriately positioned, and they collapse up along the chairs backrest to allow the chair to be pushed under the table or desk and out of the way. The cushioned headrest is another comfortable touch that this chair features. The seat has a pneumatic height adjust spanning a ~4-inch range. The chair rolls and the seat rotates with ease. The chair also features an adjustable tensioned rocker that can be locked to keep the backrest stationary. This attractive desk chair functions just as it should, is sturdy (315-pound capacity), and is very comfortable. I especially like the look of the durable, off-white stitching seen throughout the seams of the chair. This chair is a very good value.

I got this ergonomic office chair. It is a nice big size like an executive chair. It is a nice chair for a nice size desk. It is black in color, comes in a few other colors and made with leather materials on the outer part of the chair. The chair itself is made of medal and stainless steel. It comes with instructions, and every thing in the box needed to put it together. It has good back support, and arm rest that lift up and down . You can adjust the seat height, and lower it as well to push it into the right size desk it can fit into. The chair can hold up to 315lb for sitting. It has a pump made onto the chair for inflating the lumbar support backing, and a handle under the chair towards the side for raising, and lowering the chair for that perfect height you're looking for. I think it's a great chair to have, cause sitting in those simple non back support office chairs daily can be hard on a persons back and posture, I recommend anyone seeking a new office chair to give this one a try.

The first thing that really impressed me about this chair is how extremely comfortable it is but lets start from the beginning. Assembly was very easy and comes with a easy to understand instruction booklet. If you can get an extra set of hands to help you that would make it all the more easier and faster. Everything you need for assembly is included and you will be impressed with the finished product. The Inflatable lumbar support is a strait up game changer. The support is adds makes this chair extremely comfortable and makes a big difference ( not just a gimmick) the pump allows you to adjust the back of the chair to your pacific specifications or comfort level. The only set back for me is that you can not recline in this chair but not a big deal. The quality along with the look and feel of this chair makes the price point totally justifiable.

So this chair is comfortable. And whereas it wasn't very difficult to put together finding the instructions and the letters for each part was interesting. As I was taking the parts out of the box I realized that parts like the chair arms were clearly labeled but other parts like the base and pieces that the wheels are attached to weren't. Once I got to the bag of screws and tools I noticed the instructions weren't with them. I started opening unlabeled parts (wrapped and taped in Styrofoam bags) and flipping over others and found the instructions were bagged with the seat of the chair. It didn't take long to put together but again since some of the parts weren't labeled, I had to look at the pictures to figure out the steps. The only part that was difficult was attaching the arm portion to the seat. Make sure when you start attaching the seat you don't tighten the screws all the way or you won't be able to get the second side attached. Start to finish it only took about 40 to 45 minutes to put together and most of that was screwing screws. The tilt function so far seems to be allowing you to rock back and forth. I haven't been able to make it stay in a recline position. I like that the arms on the chair move up and down. Overall the chair is worth the investment.

This is a fantastic office chair with a comfortable, supportive design. We placed it in my husband’s small office (busy automotive repair shop), and he really likes how easy it is to adjust for different tasks. The flip-up armrests are especially convenient. Since he is frequently going in and out of his office, being able to fold the arms out of the way makes transitioning between sitting and standing much easier. They also allow the chair to slide neatly under the desk when it isn’t being used. The height adjustment, reclining feature, and seat-lock function all work well and make it easy to find a comfortable position. The adjustable inflatable lumbar support is another great feature because it provides customizable lower-back support without feeling too firm or restrictive. Overall, this chair is comfortable, versatile, and a particularly good choice for a smaller office or workspace where flexibility and space-saving features are important.
