When I unboxed the chair my immediate impression was “wow this feels and looks cheap”. Assembly wasn’t too bad, didn’t take very long to put together. I’ve had it for a week now and I just can’t get over how cheap this chair feels. I bought a regular office chair from Office Depot six years ago and it held up and was always comfortable until recently. Probably paid $140 for it if I remember correctly. Do you love chairs with absolutely no padding or comfort? Do you enjoy a really wobbly chair? Then this one is for you! I was so disappointed in this chair. First off, the "massager" is a pillow that vibrates. You would get a better "massage" putting your phone on vibrate and sticking it on your back. I ended up giving it to my son as an extra chair in his room and buying another one to use at my desk because this one is NOT good for working. How a gamer sits in this thing for hours is beyond me. ... show more

Very accurate directions took about 30 minutes for a mom and her 13 year old gamer girl to put together while dad watch football. The fabric is thick and blue is bright and there is also a very cool carbon fiber black looking material. The white also has a texture very 😎

I absolutely love this chair! It's super comfortable, it was easy to assemble, and i love the little massage and foot rest thing. The massage pillow didn't work when I was putting the chair together but I contacted the company about it ,and they were so nice and sent me a new one. Of course the new one they sent me worked perfectly fine. They were so nice to me while shipping the massage pillow. I am over amazed about my experience with this purchase. Also the chair is good for its price. Since it comes with a massage pillow AND a foot rest it really nice. And the quality of the chair is amazing. I can go on and on about how good this chair is. Awesome chair. My son is 10 and it's perfect for him to grow into. Big enough for the husband to steal. Also it came before promised even after it said 2-3 week. I did contacted the seller and they made it happen! Definitely recommend this!

    • Slide is giving out
I was very excited and happy with my purchase. Easy to assemble very comfortable, however after a few months the slide has started to give out so as I am sitting in the chair it slowly starts to lower not enough to realize immediately, but when I go to get up I notice the chair has gone all the way down. I am 6' 1" so I notice it a little more as I have it elevated all the way up. I can't use the leg rest as when I do and adjust the back I notice it to go down quickly. Very disappointed as this was my first gaming chair I had ever purchased and was hoping it would last more than 7 months. ... show more

I thought this chair would be softer to sit in. I dont use it for gaming, I use it as an office chair. The arm rests are the worst thing able the chair. There is very little padding and when you lean on the arm rest you can feel the metal. Other than that I really enjoy the chair.
