I like how clear the instructions were, its shockingly comfortable and adjustable as well, my only issue is I'd be careful with the foot rest part as it feels flimsy and wont support much, but other than that its super easy to put together and a great addition to my setup

My son uses this chair daily. After a couple months of normal use the bracket inside the seat broke. He is 16 average sized kid who works on his computer. He is NOT doing anything the chair is not designed for. Of course this happened after the return time, as it usually does. I messaged the company and it seemed like I was bothering them by seeing if they could help as it was a new chair. They quit responding often the pics and in the last message said they would send a new right arm. I messaged back saying that won’t help as it’s not the arm. (It also the left side of the chair) I’ve not heard anything back. Within a couple days we also had to buy new wheels as one broke. I bought better quality wheels for it and all seemed fine. :( My son was excited as he has been wanting one for so long. Now it is broken by no fault of his own. Ignore my rabbit and his wood shavings mess in the photo but this is the chair assembled. Putting it together was super easy and I did it by myself in about 20-30 minutes. Overall this chair is just a chair. It is not comfortable. Maybe it will be softer once worn in a bit but this chair is so firm and gives no support. (Still is very firm after having it over a month) It does adjust so you can lay it back or put your feet up on the leg rest. For someone who is bigger like myself, don’t waste your time because it is made for people who are smaller. Overall for a gaming chair the price is not terrible, but you get what you pay for. So it’s not the best. My husband likes it and it works great otherwise so that’s great. Just don’t expect a big plush and comfy chair. ... show more
