just got the chair today. 1st thing the instructions are a bit confusing but thank goodness there’s pictures on the other side of the paper. the chair is very soft velvet touch. the wheel stands are hard metal no plastic anywhere on this chair it’s very secured! the leg rest can take weight of the legs at least for me! it’s a bit hard to put that part together and kinda pull out but i rather that than having it all flimsy. overall it’s soft and nice. now the only problems i have is the zipper on the back pillow. it is a back massager and a strong one at that it feels really nice. it’s usb connected so you can connect it to anything if you have an adapter. the zipper is just a bummer but it’s a good thing it’s on the back of the pillow only and not all around. my second problem is you can’t cross your legs in this chair but i found a work around with this using the leg rest.
