We had a slight problem with our first order (small invisible tear) and customer service was prompt and professional. Very satisfied. The stools are so gorgeous that we purchased a total of 5. They seem quite sturdy (only have had for a week) and were easy to assemble, but time consuming. Appreciated that all the screws had the same head and the allen wrench (included) fit each of them. I was nervous about the early reviews about sturdiness, but I have a feeling that the company has reinforced the original product. Plenty of heavy duty screws hold these stools together.

Bought 4. None of the boxes had enough lock washers or washers. Fortunately we had some in the garage that were right size. Love the chairs, nice and sturdy.

We wanted a heavy duty chair as we sit around our island quite a bit! We ordered 3 sets, had 2 broken legs and an issue with one of the chair rings [the legs screw into the ring]. Customer service was prompt in sending out replacement legs and a new ring. Was informed that they know there is an issue with the screws having issues fitting in the rings. Well after numerous colorful words my husband got them all together. The ongoing issue over the last 6 weeks, is that the screws that hold the legs into the seat ring keep falling out! Weve lost a few and I just requested replacements and any suggestions on how to make them sturdier. Being heavy duty is nice, but the seats themselves dont feel secure. It feels wobbly and insecure. This was over an $800 investment and I doubt they will last too long. The cheap chairs I got rid of lasted over 10 years. kinda difficult to try to return 6 assembled stools. Hopefully customer service will give advice on how to fix the screws falling out constantly!! 013023 two months later still not impressed with the way they go together. :-(

Excellent customer service. Back of the chair was damaged either in shipping, or install. Contacted customer service and they shipped a replacement instantly to me. Chairs are beautiful and sturdy, but will go out of my way to buy from them again, just because of the customer service!!

The chair is okay, but really feels like it’ll break easy. The legs and footrest feel decent but not like good hardwood. That would be acceptable if it were the only issue (I wasn’t expecting the best quality), but it truly feels like it will break soon because the seat wobbles in all directions. It feels like the seat is precariously balanced on the swivel mechanism and just shifting around on it makes it tip. The cushion is also pretty thin but okay.

I ordered 4 chairs. Using parts from the 4th chair I was able to put 3 chairs together. I still need a new chair back and seat. Screw holes from the seat don’t line up with the chair back. And the chair back is missing the receiving screw parts in the holes. Some screws are hard to reach. But once together they are a nice sturdy chair. EDIT. I initially gave this chair 1 star and have corrected to 5 stars. The Customer Service was very quick to send out replacement parts for my damaged chair. These are great chairs. Very sturdy. Nice quality. I’d buy from them again if needed in the future.
