Normally I do not write negative product reviews but this one is a buyer alert. I bought this printer from Amazon over 2 years ago. The biggest problem was with the ADF always jamming paper. Later on the printer failed to print 24 lb paper due to paper jams. Now the printer sounds like a wood chipper due to stripped out plastic gears. I am rather livid about Epson design and performance that I may ship this piece of junk back to Epson. Do not even think about buying this printer! ... show more

Unpacked, plugged in, and it worked perfectly after it locked onto the router through the wi-fi system. Works perfectly including, most importantly to us, both two-sided and use of envelopes. Great for a small business that sends mail to clients.

UPDATE 2 - NOW THE SCANNER IS NOT WORKING EITHER. THIS THING IS A TOTAL WASTE. I AM BUYING A NEW ONE FROM BEST BUY. AT LEAST THEY WILL GIVE ME EXPERT ADVICE AND THEY STAND BEHIND THE PURCHASES.
