UPDATE 2 - NOW THE SCANNER IS NOT WORKING EITHER. THIS THING IS A TOTAL WASTE. I AM BUYING A NEW ONE FROM BEST BUY. AT LEAST THEY WILL GIVE ME EXPERT ADVICE AND THEY STAND BEHIND THE PURCHASES. UPDATE - IF I COULD GIVE THIS ZERO OR NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. TOTAL POS. NOW I AM DEALING WITH PAPER JAMS EVERY OTHER DAY. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO BUY A DIFFERENT PRINTER. THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE. I had a Canon printer for years. Some minor issues but nothing like the issues with this Epson. With this POS, you can only use the Epson cartridges and I am constantly having connection issues.
