I heard someone in a review speculating on projector having issues on long HDMI cables but you can put that to rest. Could have been a compatibility issue for him . I purchased this projector (Home Cinema 2200) around November of 2020. It worked great for a few months, and overall it was excellent. I had it mounted to the ceiling. Picture quality, colors, and brightness were great! Zero complaints with the working unit. After a few months, the projector failed (lamp warning at first). I contacted Epson customer support, and the process of sending it in was very easy. I received a replacement unit, and it worked only for a couple minutes before shutting off and giving a temperature warning. I contacted them AGAIN, and there was again no issue with sending it in. The replacement unit ALSO did not work (another temperature warning). If I send it in, this will be the THIRD time of sending the unit in for replacement. I have no idea how their support team can be so inept as to allow this to happen twice in a row. The upside is that this process has not costed me any money, as Epson pays for shipping. The customer support people were helpful and friendly, and did not give me any issues. The downside is the hassle, and not having a projector for a couple months now. I'm not quite sure what to do in this situation. TL;DR: Epson support is awful. Projector itself is great. Buy at your own risk (maybe get an Amazon warranty?). ... show more
