this was a refurb. when we first got the epson 2850 it would not print yellow, cyan, or magenta. we had to do a deep cleaning and prime everything. it took a little bit of work but it works as well as can be expected. you have to expect some minor issues buying refurbed but worth it if you save the money, ... show more

I would say that this printer has been sent out used to customers before. it was used. the eco ink tanks had very low ink in them and 4 ink bottles were missing along with other items that are supposed to be in the box. the box has been retaped many times. see previous one star reviews.

I use the heck out of this printer and it works well. The app is a little slow but it does work. I have it connected to a pc and an Android tab and it prints well for both. No issues.

Works well until it stops in the middle of printing. Causes me to waste a lot of paper. Many paper jams with glossy paper. I have to restart it after each jam, so frustrating. I have 3 Epson printers and this happens frequently with all of them. I will not purchase another Epson printer.

    • Very Disappointed And Feel I Was Scammed
The printer I received is clearly used and arrived with the ink reservoirs partially filled. When I printed a test page, it came out blank, and the second attempt produced partially printed text with missing lines. I will be returning the printer. This has already taken over an hour of my time to troubleshoot, and now I will also have to spend additional time packaging and shipping it back.
