While it doesn't make the wood any lighter, it certainly makes a large load easier to carry. The heavy canvas body and handle straps are sure to last a good long time. I heat my house with wood so this sling gets plenty of use. Please note, however, it's quite large with long handles.     • Nice heavy duty carrier but the straps are way too long.

This is a great carrier but the straps are so long that it almost drags the ground. It became difficult to carry the firewood because the straps were so long AND I'm over six feet tall. I have been carrying firewood for 30+ years and the life of me, I can't figure out why anyone would need straps this long. I took it to a seamstress and had them shorten the straps by about ten inches to make it far easier to carry firewood. I recommend that they shorten the straps. ... show more
