Had several issues with this product. Customer service got it replaced quickly. One of the remotes does not work from beginning and I was promised replacement remotes that never arrived. No response after several more attempts to get new remotes. Spent lot of money on this scooter that folds up with ease of a remote for there to be no follow up service on remotes. Praying this remote doesn’t stop working since I don’t have strength to fold it manually. Sad I can’t get the replacement remotes as promised ... show more

I had posted a negative review, but am happy to be able to say I lied. The company did get back to me. It took a few days, but I feel much happier now. UPDATE: Jesse, head of the outfit, called me directly and talked me down. He filled out the warranty form for me, since I still couldn't make it appear on my computer. I feel much better about purchasing this product. I think it is human nature not to return calls if one thinks the customer is a "difficult" person. Maybe that's the aura I gave off? I think it's always better to contact the customer, irate or not, rather than ignore them. I can only speak for myself, but I know I tend to get more upset the longer I wait. But if I can see that an effort is being made to help me, I calm right down. Am I so different from most folks? Anyway, I can recommend Ephesus. The one thing I would suggest to them is to work out the bugs in the website. ... show more

I like that the scooter was mostly put together, and other than the arms and seatbelt, nothing else had to be done. The instruction manual is very hard to understand, and I didn’t find any helpful videos on YouTube. Luckily, I was able to get questions answered by emailing through the website. I’ve only ridden the scooter twice, but it seems to be great. I’m anxious to see how it fares in Europe. ... show more

To be honest, I don't know much about this scooter yet but I do know that they have fantastic customer service. My first one arrived broken. I was having a terrible time trying to return it via Amazon so I went straight to the company. They were so very, very helpful. The second one arrived in perfect condition, we pulled it out of the box and used the remote to unfold it. Worked perfectly. I took it for a little spin and I was surprised by the speed. I have to learn to control that so I can stay with those walking beside me. I'm going shopping this weekend for the first time in years! Yay! ... show more

The scooter is advertised as weighing 60 pounds. I could not lift it into my vehicle. Upon returning it by UPS, they said it weighed 80 pounds and I had to pay $250 for return shipping. I would NEVER have bought it knowing how heavy it actually was and the loss of $250 for shipping costs. It was shipped back January 18 with no word from the manufacturer yet. I believe I should be reimbursed for the full amount as I put no mileage on it and the weight misinformation. UPDATE. The seller fully refunded the cost and shipping of the scooter.
