I was able to order from Amazon and then quickly write to Enya Support (with Amazon Order #), and request this order to be configured LOW G. Enya support emailed me back acknowledging the Low G request. Within a couple weeks, it arrived as ordered. The Ukulele case is plush. I’m absolutely in love this product. It has a solid, well built, quality feeling Ukulele when I hold it. The included strings are great. Plug in USB-C cable to charge. Even though there is a "speaker" inside for amplification, it's faint and only a tiny bit louder than as the strings themselves. This would be for practicing in a super quiet environment. It really doesn't have enough power to drive headphones with any volume. By added a $40 Valeton Rushead Max Headphone amp, it took this ENYA Feather Ukulele to a whole new level of enjoyment and power! WOW, it really sounds nice on headphones & Portable 15 amp Guitar Amp. If you plug Fender Mustang Micro directly into Feather, the micro will detect an onboard active preamp and turn off circuits to prevent an overload and protect itself. By adding this extra guitar cord between the Feather and the micro, there is enough resistance to lower the signal that is allowable by Fender Mustang Micro.

I do like this ukulele. But there are a few things people should know before they buy it. 1. The color in the picture is very deceptive. The shade of blue is actually MUCH, MUCH, darker, almost black. Light has to hit it just right in order for you to see the blue hue. I was really disappointed about that, since the color in the picture is so much prettier. But it's okay. 2. The sound is beautiful, clear, and crisp, but due to its narrow body, it sounds more like a Concert uke, than a Tenor uke. It still has a beautiful sound, nevertheless. The electronic effects are fun to play with and work without an amp, which is really neat. The fret board is nice and wide, not too wide for small hands, but wide enough for large hands. Overall, it's a great ukulele. I just wish I knew about the color difference and the "Concert" like sound of this Tenor ukulele.

Had a problem with the first one . They exchanged it. Easy to do business with. Wish i could have talked to someone on the phone. I don't really like e mail. But that is just me. I have bought several enya ukuleles. All have been of high quality. Love their ukuleles. Highly recommended.

I have had this uke for a few months and it is one of the best ukuleles I have owned. Yes, the stunning gloss black is beautiful, but, the ease of play (low action), the tone, the resonance and the comfortable thin body all contribute to it being a joy to play. It really comes alive when I plug it into my small amp, which I use with earphones at night to not wake the family. This ukulele, with its solid mahogany body has a lovely mellow tone unplugged and played acoustically. I am extremely happy with this instrument to the point of taking time to review it so that others can know about it. Really good value.
