The media could not be loaded. This E-bike was made perfect, the design and the suspension are great. It's a little heavy but it's ok to me. Definitely I recommend it.

As much as I wanted to like this bike, and it wasn’t cheap, it has some flaws. When I rode it for the first time it felt like the rear rim was out of round. It went up and down with each rotation. At about eight miles the tire worked off the rim and jammed against the side of the frame. It completely locked up at 25 mph and almost caused me to wreck on a busy street. I hauled it home and got the tire back on the rim but when it jammed it completely rubbed the bead and sidewall off the tire. Now it doesn’t want to stay on the rim. I went to product help page but it only has pictures and instructions on how to put together a trike for kids that looks nothing like the bike. I messaged Amazon support and they said company would get back to me within 48 hours. It’s been 4 days now and nothing. Spend half the money and get a twice as good bike for way less. Customer service is no existent. ... show more

I love the fact that it is such a strong bike. I dislike the fact that there is no cruise control. The shocks also are just for looks and serve no function. There is no place for a water bottle, and the top battery makes a great amount of noise.
