    • Great build, looks great.
I can't really say much other than it looks great, because I haven't been able to give it a spin. Reason is, the front tire hub came with to nuts to put on the wheel, oneon each side. Well, one of them is not tightening, when I feel it's tight I give it a turn and it loosens up. I tried the other nuton both side and it works well, it tightens up. So, I bought a new one, different style but same size and it's doing the same, loosens up on either side. Can someone tell me if the manufacturer can send me a replacement of it? Or which one will fit that I can purchase on Amazon or elsewhere. Thank you. ... show more

    • Well Made but poor shipping packaging
Very well made bike, fairly easy to put together. Packaging could be better. For the most part bike was well wrapped and had a few pieces of foam to protect it in the box but Fedex managed to punch holes in side of box and lower front corner. This resulted in the ends of the front forks to badly scratched and the front brake line to be crushed and ruptured meaning the front brake does not work at all. I am awaiting the response from the seller about replacement of the front brake and will update review and number of stars to let everyone know how it is handled. I did purchase 2 bikes, 1 for my wife and 1 for myself and am waiting on Fedex to deliver the second. Both shipped on the same day. Seller double checked with me to make sure I meant to order 2 bikes. Nice customer service on their part. Took first ride and was pleasantly surprised at how well it handles and how quick it is. First E-bike and did lots of research. Many great features for the price point and the logan brakes work great on the rear. edit: 7/26 Second bike showed up and was in much better condition. Very well packaged and survived Fedex handling. Got a response from seller on damage on first bike and they are sending out replacement parts to make it whole again.     • With Persistence, Customer service came through.
After a challenging assembly, I initially thought this was a great eBike. Then, I had to spend an extra $348 for 2 bike shop visits to repair gears that wouldn't shift + a rear hydraulic brake that was leaking + had to be replaced after only 105 miles. It took me several emails + with persistence, customer service eventually replaced their failed hydraulic brake system + cable. I've had the eBike nearly 6 mos. It has been at the bike shop for nearly 4 months. I recently received the correct hydraulic brake + had it installed. Now my eBike works great like when it was new. ... show more

screws coming loose and falling off at 200 miles on the odometer. could be a bit more powerful, but other than that it's a fair bike. ----update all three suspension bolt have broke at 850 miles i only weight 120 pounds so its not like i was stressing them a whole lot

    • Great Bike but beware.
Likes...I like this bike, it does what it says it will do. The parts that I have to Install, no problem I understand and can do with no problem. Dislikes... The parts of the bike that came installed, you literally have to touch every screw bolt or nut. They didn't take the time to tighten every screw. The front Fender came loose and when it caught the front tire I was thrown off. I am writing this review from the hospital as we speak. If you buy this bike just get rid of the front fender. I have injuries from trusting that at least the simple items were installed right... Wrong ... show more
