I'm really loving this bike. Great styling and function. This M20 is my 2nd e-bike. I live in a hilly city and my first bike was only 36v 500 watt. Even with low gear and peddling it couldn't get me back home up the hill. I had to push it part ways up the hill to get home. The result is I didn't ride as much. The M20 with it's 48V 750 watts get me up most hills without having to peddle at all if I don't want to. Only the steepest inclines requires low gear and peddling. Plus it has other features the old bike didn't have. It has lights and brake lights. The M20 has front and rear shock so ride rough the areas with better control plus the increased comfort. I like dirt trails and go boonie bouncing a lot. I got dual batteries so no worry's of running out of battery power. I'm well over 200 pounds and going up and down hills so not surprised I don't get the 40+ miles on one battery as advertised. Seat is more comfortable than my old bike yet my Butt gives up before both the batteries have a chance to go dead. Did I mention the great styling. Everyone who see's it likes it. They're really surprised at it's low cost. Had the bike for about a month and the display started showing an error code. At first I just had to cycle the power and it worked but later it quit completely. I got to see how it works as a regular bicycle. It worked surprisingly well as a bike. Emailed support and sent a picture of the display error code. Support sent a replacement display switch as a possible solution. It worked for a day or two but obviously that wasn't the problem. On again contacting support they sent a new cable and controller which I installed. It did cure the problem. Wonderful, my M20 works again. Some parts are are local to California but the controller had to be shipped from China. They sent it express and it was here in less than 5 days. I've since added another 300 miles to my M20 and love it even more. I've added some upgrades like mirrors and phone holder. Being in the hills, brakes work ok but I've had to adjust them a few times. Next change is I'm upgrading to the low cost hybrid hydraulic brakes. It would have been nice to already have them on it like the much more expensive similar bikes. Its a fun and cool looking with range of 23 miles on one battery throttle only in PAS 5. see video on You tube. The 20A output on controller is limits top speed to 26-28 mph

Average bike for the price. Looks nice and handles well. Brakes could use work. I weigh 140lbs and I'm 5'9, and I got 27 miles with electric power only on level 5. Not a bad bike for the price but there's room for improvement.
