    • Easy to install, a breeze to use.
To be upfront, I have not finalized my installation of this mini heater yet. I have to make some changes to the location I want to install it. However, I am thrilled that this unit has passed UL certification. So that was one of my primary reasons for choosing this model. The heater itself looks good, and is compact and simple to install. Operation is a breeze and as long as you follow the usual instruction of letting it fill up before turning it on you should have trouble free service for quite a while. This heater is perfect for my unique situation and hopefully will help me lower my electric bill from my usual stove heating of water method. I have not found where to get replacement anodes yet, I know it needs to be inspected yearly to make sure the tank stays good. Hopefully anode replacement is as simple as I have seen on some youtube videos. I have used this in a temporary hookup already and had no leaks and no issues, and I am eager to get this installed as soon as possible in my kitchen. ... show more

This is a very easy small water heater that doesn't take an electrician to wire it in. Some of the other ones are higher wattage, but those require having a special circuit breaker that is rated higher than a standard one. This one is essentially plug and play.

What I liked about this. Very small power draw, (only 1500 watts) super light, relatively small, good for under sink install. Obviously I can't give any long term review. I have not installed this yet, but it seems really light. does light mean cheap???? Not sure yet. Once I get it installed and tested I will update the review. I plan on using this in my tiny home under the kitchen sink. I'm working on getting a more permanent setup, in about a year, so that is really all I need this for is to cover the gap. Perfect for adding hot water to almost any application where 120v and water are present. Adjusting the temperature is very easy and it holds a good amount of hot water. Great for under sink applications.
