I had Achilles tendon surgery and this scooter has been a life saver. It is easy to put together- you can’t beat the quality for the price. It has a horn and light. I mainly use it indoors but I have also used it outside- it is light weight enough to transport easily. The battery lasts a long time. It is very quiet. Highly recommend!

This cart is lightweight (under 85lb/39kg), easy to adjust and has very good range. (I have run it all over our local zoo and couldn't even take 1 notch of the power level). It is comfortable to ride and I do like the speed adjust. I can set it to a casual walk or open it up for outdoor use. (Do NOT use top speed in a store!) It was easy to assemble and easy to drive. I highly recommend it for people under 260 lbs (120 kg)

This scooter arrived with very little to assemble. Slide armrests on the seat and screw down the setscrews. Set the seat in place on the post. Remove the protective plastic wrap. Learn the break setting and controls and it is ready. It's light enough to lift one end at a time to get it into the rear of your vehicle or a friend is helpful. My knees don't bend the best so I have to rest my feet on the front fenders as I drive. It has a reasonable amount of charge for an afternoon outing or several store trips. Being over the weight limit, it may struggle going up hill. Also turning radius might be tight enough to maneuver switchback style ramps. So you may have to back up and turn the corner. I do highly recommend this. It's cheap and my expectations fit the price. Boy, it's great to save my back instead of being in pain walking around or staying at home. Seller gave me great support when I had a question. A great valued, entry level scooter. PS: I added reflective tape to the back as there isn't a tail light.

This scooter is just what we needed. My Dad is 90 with a very bad leg. So we were limited to where he could go as walking very far is difficult for him. We keep it in the back of his truck that has a topper on it. When we go somewhere we pull it out and off we go. The seat is very comfortable and it runs so well. We have to tell him to slow down so we can keep up. It really gave us the freedom we were looking for. We bought the cup/phone holder and a fan to clip on it for summer and off we go. We are no longer limited. He loves it and I would recommend this to anyone. The delivery was rapid. If you have a family member that just can’t get around well, this scooter will solve the problem. My dad is an average size to heavier man and it handles him perfectly. I can’t say thank you enough for this scooter. It gave us our freedom again.

I rate this as a super product. It's easy to assemble, well built, the seat is comfortable, the arm rest is padded, it gets me outside to enjoy the fresh air. Turn radius is pretty good, best of all is the safety features.

I had done a lot of research prior to ordering this scooter. I was very disappointed once it was all together, and I was anxious to try it. The seat is very uncomfortable and hard. I see now they have enlarged the seat, so assuming more were unhappy with the size also. The next problem I encountered was the space for your feet. It is not shown in their video that there is barely room to place a size 8 shoe on the area. Video shows a larger man riding it with his feet flat and inches left over, not so. I tried slanting my foot upward on the slope behind the front wheel, but that forces your back into a very uncomfortable position as the seat does not adjust. The scooter does start and runs well and did have a decent speed. I would have returned it, but there was no way to get it packed back in the foam that had to be ripped off in some pieces to remove it. I would invest in a larger scooter, which I did and sold this one within a couple of weeks. It was not what I thought it would be.
