The media could not be loaded. This is my first time ever writing a review cos it’s worth it!!! I bought this scooter for my mom and it’s an absolute game changer! It runs beautifully, not too heavy to lift in my trunk, doesnt take too much space, battery last almost forever before charging again. Definitely worth the price and more. Product damaged and now dont work properly. Advertiser is refusing to replace. So here is proof of issues. Light dont work even after replacement. Battery or connector is bad. Seat lost 3 bolts now won't stay on. But they refuse to do anything. I was told they have to order a new battery and that will be a while. ... show more

VERY HEAVY TO LIFT BECAUSE BATTERY PACK IS NOT REMOVABLE,
You get what you pay for which is a sub-standard scooter. The biggest drawback is that the manufacturer does not provide the weights of the seat, the main frame etc. This is important to determine how heavy are the parts that the user has to lift into a vehicle. It is more so because the battery pack cannot be removed. That is bad because the battery pick is heavy. Also, the battery pack cannot be removed so that it can be recharged outside the vehicle. For some, it is easier to leave the cart in the vehicle when not in use. Otherwise, the scooter functions OK. Not the greatest turning radius but OK when outside stores. Nice color blue. Front basket is ample, better than name brand scooters. Wish a rear basket could be attached. The Manual states that the scooter weighs 82 lbs. so when the seat is removed, the cart weighs about 70 lbs. However, if a buyer does not intend to transport the cart in a vehicle but just use it to get around the neighborhood, then it may work. Another drawback is that the seat does not rotate in order to make it easier to get in and out. ... show more

Good but…
This scooter suits my needs for events with the grandkids that involve a lot of walking or extended standing. My one complaint is the turning circumference sucks. Going around the aisles at a theme park you have to try to swing wide and/or make a 3 point turn.

Easy to assemble
The scooter did well for the most part on our family outing. It struggled a bit with some of the steep inclines we had to take. I wish we could have taken the battery out to load and unload it. It would have reduced the weight greatly. The metal bar on the front and back helped out greatly in loading it into the back of my Ford Explorer. My biggest problem and why I didn't give it a 5 star...I have 32" inseam. It was not long enough for me to keep my foot down in the appropriate area. My knee (which is messed up) started knifing me because it was cramped. I plan to by some foot pedal brackets to attach to the front bar for my leg to stretch out more. ... show more

Do not buy this scooter!
I did receive a refund for the product. However, I was not refunded the $214.00 return fee. The scooter was DEFECTIVE and COULD NOT be used, therefore it is foolish for anyone to purchase anything from this company in my opinion. I did nothing wrong and purchased this scooter in good faith, assuming that the company stood by their products and had integrity and would do the right thing…that was not the case in this situation. I’m equally angry and disappointed… ... show more
