Easy to drive, hard to get up some ramps (the back wheels just spin) having 2 batteries is a plus, and it is kinda confusing on how to collapse the seat and handle because the instructions are not very clear on that.

We bought this scooter for my Mom (Alzheimer’s / 81). It is perfect! Easy for one person to lift when folded. We have taken it on road trips covering 9 states. She was able to zip around with us on pavement, gravel or grass. We have one battery and even after a full day of use had PLENTY charge remaining. It is very stable. Easy to operate. The scooter is light enough for me to handle. My only dislike is the battery doesn’t last long enough. We just went on a cruise and the scooter worked perfectly in folding and taking in and out of state room.

We contacted the seller, but they refused to take any responsibility and were unwilling to replace the battery or provide repair services.
