Good quality and fit on install easily. When rolling over a bump there is a slight clicking noise due to the wheel post rattling. The box says they're universal wheels, so they're close to perfect fit for our Aeron office chair. Example of the clicking noise is if you rolled between hardwood floors and an area rug; we don't notice it during normal use whatsoever but if you're rolling between thresholds, just be aware of this beforehand. I would buy again and recommend.

I had to buy these with my headrest, very dumb. I just needed the headrest. The wheels I will probably change back to the original plastic ones, I am on carpet and not the casino kind. Sure they roll well, right over your foot, bumps whatever but they don't turn well. They are excellently made, high quality and probably great for some but I didn't need them so it was an extra cost tacked on my order that I couldnt remove.

There is a slight wobble on each wheel peg because it isn’t exactly the same as the factory wheel peg. It looks similar but it’s not. For use on such an expensive chair I would have rather bought a replacement OEM wheel rather than this new set. Also pretty difficult to install any of these btw. You will need a large pair of adjustable tongue and groove joint pliers and maybe a hammer.

I came close to buying another chair because I wanted a headrest to increase comfort for my neck while reclining. My Aeron is very comfortable but lacked a headrest. I researched a few chairs and sat in a few in showrooms but was not satisfied with gaining a headrest but losing the comfort my Aeron already provides. Then I happened upon this add-on and thought I’d give it a try. I also added a new gas cylinder and rollerblade wheels...it’s like I have an entirely new chair !!

I have had my Herman Miller Aeron chair for over 10 years - the original casters were plastic and just worn to the point of not rolling. These new casters are perfect and much better than the original set. The old ones pulled out and these popped right in and gliding on my tile floor with ease. Highly recommend these casters.

I recently purchased a refurbished Aeron chair and the casters it came with were crap. I don't think they were OEM casters. They were hard plastic and made rolling on my tile floor very rough. These new casters were easy to install and make rolling around much nicer. The swivel on these are ball bearing (I believe) and that makes them much more maneuverable. Highly recommended.
