To start, this is a very good wuality product! As you can see in the photos, this piece didnt fit my stand plate. All you have to do, is rotate your adapter plate 180° and you will line up all 4 bolts. No need for drilling new holes. Highly recommend this product! Works great. I don’t use the top trans bolt. Just 2 on each side. Works on LS and LT. Also comes with metric bolts for LS / LT and SAE bolts for small block / big block Chevy

Looks good but not worth a crap! The mounting plate is not CNC'ed properly and the bolt hole do not align up properly with engine stand rotating plate (See photos). I will have to re-drill this adapter to get it to mate properly. You will not be able to use this straight out of the box without machining unless you want to chance holding your engine block to the engine stand with only "2" of "4" needed bolts. ... show more

Liked that it bolted to my 1978 Chevy inline 6. This will bolt to LS gena3. I don't believe this will bolt to any 1953 and back chevy v8 or six because the bolt pattern is different. This is just as well made as my other name brand plate, just less expensive.
