Great hoist for the price. Saves on back-breaking work. Easy to put together. Am still missing the jack handle that got lost in transit. Shipping box had holes in it so I figure the handle fell out. Company asked me to send photos of the damaged box. I did, but am still waiting on a replacement handle. Maybe they will send me on or maybe they won’t. Waiting, waiting, waiting.

i didnt get a chance to use until the return date had passed. but i can say after using it the metal around where the crane arm comes our bent and became misshapen after lifting one 5.3LS the lift also leans to one side and has fallen over twice now. please buyer beware . if i hadnt missed the return date this wouldve be return. it isnt safe and falls over.

Our 75lb pupper hates the vet and we were looking for a solution to be able to dangle her safely so we could trim her nails and dew claws. Yup, this is why we bought the engine hoist LOL It worked perfectly - perfect height, length, everything and our girl had no issues dangling and no stress as she ate some treats while getting her nails trimmed. Got the job done, worth every penny IMO as it saved her the stress of a vet visit and us the anxiety of her being scared at the vet. So while this probably isn't the best review for this product, it worked PERFECT for our needs.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Pain to put together. None of the bolts are labeled correctly. There’s supposedly like 8 different bolts, meant for different parts of the hoist, but when you have them side by side they half of them look near identical and all have the same markings. Literally had to take my best guess as to if I was using the correct bolt. Also put the support arms on the inside, the picture shows the outside but they’re too small. Good luck with this if you get it. I haven’t used it yet but it seems sturdy enough.

Very straight forward. Assembly is quite easy. Twenty minutes. Maybe thirty-five if you need to read the instructions a couple extra times like myself. The delivery time was extremely fast. I used it to change the engine in a 2016 FWD Cadillac XTS 3.6L 217CI, 315hp
