I purchased this in April 2024. I needed my dad to help. I used a car uhaul trailer with 2 4*4 across the middle to get it home without a problem. Install took about 5 hours was straight forward and not hard at all. I used ratchet straps to pull the pump out to get the cables to reach. I would definatly buy again was worth every penny. I cannot fit my escalade under it based on the storage rack rails. If I put the lift all the way up off the safety latches it will fit but I would advise this. I can walk under it and im 5'11 in the pictures it looks low but its very high.

Arrived in excellent condition, except in enclosed trailer so it was a little difficult unloading. As stated in previous reviews, instructions are lacking but I built one a few years back and knew how to put it together. Took 2 of us about 3 hours to build. It's a quality lift for the money, the pump seems to struggle at times. I think my old lift hd a higher horsepower one. Time will tell, but I'd do it all over again.

Built a lot cheaper than ones friends have. But, the price was good and it's still decent. I wouldn't put a heavy car on it if it weren't bolted in place. I can move it without the roller units put on.

Item received much earlier than estimated. was contacted by seller promptly with shipping info. Item shipped via freight truck and was heavy as expected. you will NOT unload this by hand as even broken down several pieces are more than one person can lift. it takes tools to break down from shipping configuration. instructions SUCK. top quality product, expect a slow assembly due to poor instructions. this is probably something the seller should address. does not come with hydraulic fluid nor is the type required addressed in the instructions. only negative thing is the assembly instructions. Took me and a buddy 4 hours to assemble then disassemble and then reassemble correctly. could do a second one in about an hour now that we have one to look at.

Bought one last year, previous style would get 5 stars. New style I was very disappointed to see they cheaped out on the metal thickness. I have a radiant floor so I can’t anchor the posts down, which is why I went with 4 post lifts. Because it’s thinner metal, the plates at the bottom of the posts are cupped a little bit from heat when they were welded, so if you plan to not anchor these down, be prepared for some shifting and a little bit of wobbliness. They also are a shade or two brighter than the old style. I will say that putting these together with a couple extra hands was very easy with provided directions… you’ll need a good amount of space to assemble. Don’t get me wrong, they do exactly what they’re supposed to, just be mindful if you want to use these a lot they would be better off anchored, if it’s just storage purposes it’ll do. Customer service thru the company was very helpful and sent us new plastic pans since the ones I received were damaged. Hydraulic hoses are durable and all the hardware was there. Where hydraulic hoses go into the runways they want you to screw onto the diamond plate, I didn’t like that so I had to get an extra nut so I could guarantee a solid connection. All in all, these are good lifts but the quality of the metal is the reason for 2 stars

You need to have the proper equipment to unload from the freight truck, it is heavy. I have a forklift, so it was easy. Watch as much YouTube as possible to assemble. The instructions are totally useless. For what i bought this for which is storage it is perfect. Please understand the instructions are USELESS.

I will be using it to be able to service multiple vehicles and equipment. I'm getting to old to crawl around under vehicles, so this is perfect. I compared several brands and looked at reviews and Triumph stood out as the best lift for the price. It does what I need. I would buy another one should the need ever arise. A warning; this is not a do it yourself item. You need the proper lifting equipment, i.e. a fork truck, hoist, tractor, etc. to get things in place. The heaviest are the runways. I don't think even two people could lift one by themselves. Maybe three, but I'm still not sure.

The lift didn’t work when I put it together. The pump would run but no pressure would pass to the cylinder. I reached out to customer service and they told me it was a problem with my electrical. I had 30 amp dedicated ran to the lift. And I still had the problem. I reached out again and I never heard back. It ended up being a clogged fitting.
