1. Had to modify pump handle to fit valve stem and cut notches in the handle for the pin on the valve stem, 2. had to buy Hydraulic fluid to fill the reservoir and prime the pump by removing valve stem, 3. had to lubricate the wheels and wheel swivels. 4. No Handle for moving it or pulling it without it trying to tip over. 5. Caster wheels are so small that they are useless on anything but solid pavement. Load bearing wheels should be fixed and larger, 6. I WOULD NOT want swivel castors collapsing under the rated 4000# load!!! 7. Is this OSHA approved? ... show more
