I use this whenever I have to work early mornings or late nights. It charges pretty quick usually an hour or few for slow charger. It is really bright almost like car headlight but it also has less bright setting. I use the most bright version for safety reason and it has lasted me for about 3-4 hours, I do turn it on and off as I'm working. With a lower setting it can last much longer. I bought these for my wife and and daughter to use in Costa Rica during our nightly herpetofauna walks. I wanted somethin with a decent battery life, rechargeable, bright, water proof, and comfortable. I have several expensive head torches I use for road cruising. I have to say that these are awesome! Are walks were always more than 2 hours and they never showed any loss of brightness during this time. Every night I charged them for the following day without issue. Comfort was good. The charging port has a rubber cover to keep out any water. Brightness was pretty good, but could not keep up with the expensive stuff. For the price, you can't beat them! ... show more

Got this for a trip I took to Maine. When I got to where I was going I pulled it out of my truck and turned it on. I was amazed as to how bright it was! Lights all worked good, my friends were pissed because it made the head lamps they had look like candles. 10/10 would buy again! If you don’t buy this light your crazy.
