The refrigerator would not cool. Warranty repair service came about a week after delivery. After repair, refrigerator still does not cool. Two weeks after delivery still waiting for second attempt to fix.

    • Great fridge worst packaging on the planet.
Love the layout and fridge control. Unfortunately if you want one dent free good luck. I was here when it got delivered and they were careful. Great delivery guys. But there is no corner protection in the packaging so mine had a nice dent on the edge of the door.

    • Reversing door nightmare
I have an engineering degree as well as strong hands. I purchased this with intentions to reverse the doors to open the other way. The bolts were too tight for screw drivers. The instructions gave me the wrong measurements for socket wrench. This took me hours and multiple costly trips to ace hardware. Customer service from sharp never got back to me and was not considerate. I love the fridge however. ... show more

    • Seems great so far! but be careful with the delivery time
So far the refrigerator has been great. It looks amazing. It gives great freezer space. It’s very tall and skinny, which fits very well in the limited amount of space that I have however, I do recommend if you get it shipped to your house that you get it shipped early in the day the first one I got sent was really busted up so I suggest you have it shipped early in a day so it isn’t on the truck for too long I’ll try and write a updated review in a month or two to see how I feel about it. The only thing I’m worried about is reversing the doors but if I have to keep the doors on the place that they are that’s OK also. ... show more
