If there is ever an issue, our responsive team will get it fixed at no charge to you. Endura Flap is made in the USA and focuses on quality. Most other pet doors are not built to last or effectively insulate your home. Most Endura Flap customers are pet owners replacing their existing, low-quality pet door for a superior model. Endura Flap offers easy, no questions asked returns. Endura Flap's are made with sturdy aluminum frames and a patented polymer flap to ensure high quality production. The roots of Endura Flap Pet Doors go back to the year 1976, when we were primarily a mail-order catalog business. Engineered with quality as our primary goal here in the USA. We strive to make the best pet door on the market, not the cheapest. When installing the Endura Flap wall mount doggie door you want it to clear the top of your dog's back by at least 1". You also want the step over to be comfortable, no more than 1/3 of your pet's shoulder height. With 4 sizes available, the Endura Flap Pet Door has options that work for small cats up to 36" tall dogs The step-over is the part of the sliding glass door panel under the actual flap opening. Door and Wall Mounts are available in white, black, and tan. Glass Panel Products are available in white, black, and silver. The magnetic flap seals tightly to insulate against the weather. All doors also come with additional weather protection, like weatherstripping and sealant. The polyolefin polymer flap is lined with magnets for a complete seal, ensuring that the flap stays shut in winds up to 50 mph. A single Endura Flap is extremely energy-efficient and capable of withstanding winds up to 50 mph. However, the double flap option is the most insulating Yes! The flap and frames are identical. The only difference between the two models is the hardware that is included for installation. All locking covers slide in from the top. If you purchase a double flap model, the locking cover can be used on the inside or outside frame. Since 1976, we have had over 500,000 satisfied customers
