Amazing! Love this! Great sturdy product and value for the price. Quick shipping, arrived in about 4 weekdays, in time for the holidays. Adds great ambiance. Exactly as expected although I thought it came with a table top cover, to cover the lava rock area, to double as a table top when not in use, - it does come with a full rain cover though that is not that visually appealing if it isn't lit. The Amazon comments Q&A said it did come with both, and there is a similar model at Lowes which does come with both so I will contact the company to double check. Even though no table top cover, still very happy with the purchase and I can try to buy one separately in the future or might make a simple one to keep out dust and dirt if its not lit and not raining so it can stay protected from elements and double as a table top. It was very quick and easy to assemble and lit right up. Nice high mesmerizing flames, warm and cozy - based on the size I am not expecting it to warm the whole yard when its freezing out but it does have some nice heat. Really like that the propane tank is hidden inside the table base. It lit right up and we burned it a couple hours. Retried it again a few times to make sure it would relight on its own and so far so good. Some reviews said the igniter was problematic and they had to use a lighter to light it while pressing the ignition knob, so I will update if it gives me problems in the future. We love how well built the fire pit is. We plan on using it throughout the winter. It was easy to put together. The cover is thin and we had to purchase a heavier one. It is just what we were looking for. It gives off a lot of heat. Looks great!

Really enjoying our fire table. I initially ordered the one with the slate tile, but I found out they don't ship to CA for some weird reason. So, I ordered this one with the "faux" tile top, which is just fine. Love the copper glass! The product arrived pretty quickly, but when we opened it and spread out the parts, we noticed the bottom frame to hold the propane tank in place was missing from the packaging. We immediately called Blue Rhino but :-( their customer service dept is not open on weekends! Really bummed!! We called on Monday and after they verified our order they shipped the replacement part. Unfortunately, it took a week to arrive. So, 2 weekends later, we assembled it. BEFORE ASSEMBLY we read everyone's reviews and tips on the assembly and ignition. It took 2 of us 30 mins to assemble (having another person to help hold things in place made assembly go faster). The FIRST TIP THAT WAS USEFUL was that the instructions don't tell you that 2 of the legs are different. So, with the table top upside down on the cardboard packing, spin it so the lighting switch is facing you. On the corner to your right attach the leg that has the magnet and on the corner to your left attach the leg that has two small welded "holes" jutting out. That tip saved us a lot of time. SECOND USEFUL TIP is to read and follow the Lighting instructions. To light it depress and turn the ignition/control knob for about 20 seconds, then after the flames appear CONTINUE TO HOLD IT for another 20 seconds. Otherwise it won't stay lit. I would’ve given it 5 stars, but we have found that the ignition switch doesn’t work every time, so then we just use a long hand-held igniter. We are hoping it won't rust out quickly since we are near the ocean. The cover that comes with it is flimsy, but works well so far. Overall, very happy and it's a good product at a great price!! ... show more

We love ours! It took my 10 year old son and I about an hour to assemble (just make sure to check the leg placement since the door that opens to the propane tanks needs to be in the right place and the instructions didn’t say that.) But after that it was easy to set up and hook the propane up, etc. We had no issues lighting it, it works great and we made s’mores the same night. I posted pics and people were already asking where I got it and they want one because it looks nice for the price. If it continues to perform well, I definitely think this is a great purchase. Product is okay. Fire looks nice. Assembly is vague and you should first check all the legs and verify their locations before fastening. Instructions seem to be mirror imaged. Overall, assembly was tolerable but not great. They don't give you enough lava rocks to cover the whole area uniformly so I had to go to the store and buy more lava rocks. The cover they give you covers the whole thing, like grill cover, and is very flimsy so I don't expect it to last more than one season in the cold. The table does not come with a solid cover for the burner area/lava rocks so you have to either put up with rain water accumulating there or use the ugly black cover they give you. I ended up going to the sheet metal place and having them make me a metal cover to fit. Operationally, it works. Takes about 5-8 tries to start the burner but once you do, the adjustments are good, and the flame looks nice. ... show more

Great product! Looks great and works well especially for the price point. The only con (minor one) is it is always takes me about a minute or two to get it started. I have to kind of play with the way I turn the gas knob and also use matches to help get it going. Takes me about a minute or maybe two. Once it is on and lit- no issues whatsoever. You can adjust the size of the flame and it produces quite a bit of heat too. The border around the pit is enough to place a beverage for people sitting around it but that is it really. I just got it for the effect and a little bit of heat in the mild winters in the south (Charlotte, NC). Great product. ... show more
