This fire table is perfect for our pool deck. Small overall size but a full-size fire bowl and it looks great either lit or not. We like the black glass surface (including a glass fire bowl cover) and it matches our small two-person dinette set that also sits on the pool deck. I can highly recommend this fire table for looks and functionality. It's only been in place for about a month so no real reference regarding durability, but since it's under cover with the rest of the pool deck furniture I expect it'll be pretty durable. (The table also comes with durable looking vinyl cover.) Only gave it four stars for ease of assembly because the instructions are a bit sparse. The only info missing is exactly where to attach the two legs that hold the door. They must be positioned so you can get to the propane bottle and the controls. With a couple minutes of reflection on how it should be logically assembled, no problem, though. Even with that bit of difficulty it only took about an hour to assemble it by myself. It is sturdily constructed, and the finish on this one is perfect. I've read that folks had problems getting it to stay lit, but it lit first time for me using the piezo lighter and stays lit. If you have any experience with propane fueled burners, you know that you have to keep the valve in the start position, pushed in, for a few seconds to make sure the entire burner is lit. It came with two bags of great looking clear crushed glass that seems to be 1/2" to 3/4" in size. Two bags are enough to pretty much cover the burner and it works and looks great, but it could really use another bag to fill the entire fire bowl. Glass is available through Amazon but it's a bit pricey. On the whole this model fire table is a winner! ... show more

Female assembled this today alone .. no issues but took 1 1/2 hours bc I vacuumed the styrofoam pieces up simultaneously. It’s great quality & I wanted something more elegant with glass - not tile or plain metal on the top since it’ll get a lot of use in south Florida & by the pool. I also used the grey fire glass I previously had & left some green at the bottom (saved >$100 since I purchased the green glass one :-) I added the wind guard/ best price I found ( yukang Redeo Fire Pit Glass Wind Guard, 20" x 20" Square Fire Pit Clear Tempered Glass Guard) & it fits perfectly. And the cover still fits over the wind guard too.. that’ll also help with all the rain we get. Overall super happy & worked like a charm!! ... show more

PROS: *The fire pit is very well designed and was easily assembled. All parts fit exactly as designed. *The black glass top (and black glass cover) and green fire glass provide an aesthetically pleasing appearance. *The fire pit igniter and gas burner function flawlessly. *The four feet are easily removed and replaced by separately purchased 1.5" Threaded Stem (M8x25) Swivel Casters Wheels with Brake. CONS: *The shipping box had considerable wear and tear including one puncture that penetrated both the box and interior styrofoam, which exposed part of the glass top. Fortunately, the glass was not damaged. *There were small surface imperfections on two legs. *The edge of one side panel was slightly bent but that was easily restored. *The paint on the edge of another side panel was chipped and was easily spray painted. *The top mantel metal corners had protective plastic corner shipping guards although two were broken during transit. This apparently caused small surface imperfections on two of the metal corners. *The supplied fabric cover is quite thin and several pin hole openings were apparent. This necessitated the purchase of a waterproof, UV resistant cover. CONCLUSION: *Overall, this fire pit would be rated at 5 stars but rough handling during shipping and an inadequate fabric cover caused a 1 star reduction. ... show more

    • Awesome Addition to the Deck

The media could not be loaded. Such a great buy, had been looking online and found similar Pits for 2 & 3 times the cost, this one is worth every penny. Product is pretty well packaged and the 4 decorative panels are pretty thin ( 1 of the panels was slightly kinked but was able to hide at the top where it was least visible ). Anyway my wife and I put unit together in less than a half-hour. ( really should have 2 people to assemble ). even though the side panels are a little flimsy, ( handle with care ) once put together the table is very stable. The Fire started on the first light, and every time since. absolutely Love this table and guests can't stop complimenting. A couple of notes; 1. Seller should say the table comes with a cover, ( and a pretty good one ) but I purchased the option for the $18.95 cover since I didn't realize it came with one. 2. I also purchased the additional "Blue" Rocks. note; pit came with 2 bags of white-clear rocks, the Blue bag comes with 10 lbs, which is not enough to cover the burner, we put one bag of the white rock on the bottom and the Blue over the top which worked perfectly. 3. I really suggest buying a Glass Screen, the flame moves a lot even without wind, part of the charm, but you would not be able to set a drink or anything on the top without the flame reaching it. Also I really helps in the wind. The Glass opening on the pit is 18" x 18" square. I purchased the "Dian" glass screen $95.00 which has in inside dimension of 18x18 and fits the opening nicely, but does not allow you to remove & replace the center glass top panel, that covers the open pit while not in use. So I have to remove the screen every time I put the lid back on. Perhaps a 20"x20" would be better, which would still leave you with a 5" border around the glass table top. ... show more
