This is a great starter set for anybody. Comes with all the right gear to get your boxing career started. Heavy bag material is nice and durable. Hand wraps are a good material and size. Gloves fit well and are good quality. I really like the phone holder/strap. This allows you to strap it to the bag, follow a training video or use a round timer app. I’m a big fan of having a jump rope as part of the training. The training balls are also awesome and really help with hand eye coordination.

The leather bag stitching is super strong and I believe this will hold up for a long while. It comes with the hardware to set it up. You just need to fill it yourself. I love that it comes with gloves - they are a very nice quality. It’s also pretty cool that there is a cell phone holder that goes around the bag - you can put on a YouTube punching bag workout. Overall, I’m very impressed!
