I had Bariatric surgery at the beginning of the year so my portions are significantly smaller. I like to meal prep and use a slow cooker but my old slow cooker was too large for just me. This one does the job well! It’s super cute and easy to use. Cleans up well and stores nicely in the cabinet. My only complaint is that I feel like it runs a little hot. I’ve had a couple of meats (cube steak & pork roast) come out a little tough and over cooked after being on low for 6hrs, but chicken thighs usually do quite well. Small, can fit 2 normal size pork chops and whatever you add with them but that gives you some perspective. Just what I needed. I make 2 smothered pork chops at a time for me and my spouse in this cooker and it's the perfect size for us. I love putting whatever I have left in it into the fridge to eat the next day, just put the lid on and pick it up by the sides, the plugin base obviously stays out lol. I chose this 2 qt crock because im trying to limit the size of meals I cook for myself, thus eliminating waste. I throw away a lot of food. This little crock is perfect for me, I LOVE IT. There are 2 things I dont love; 1) there isnt a gasket around the lid do the aluminum rim sits on top of the crock. Not a good seal. 2) the crock wobbles a bit inside the heat chamber. This is due to the screw thst holds the housing together. Bad design flaw. Yet, it works brilliantly anyway. I WOULD RECOMMEND 👍🏻 ... show more
