It has now been a year. This oven is heavily used daily. 3 teenagers baking frozen foodsand I use it almost daily to make dinner. The temp no longer reaches 450⁰ but it holds at about 380⁰ which works just fine. I am still happy with it. Was delivered yesterday so cannot attest to longevity. But Love this oven. I replaced another that never worked right. For reference we are a house of 5 with 3 being teenagers. So in 24 hrs this little oven has seen a lot of use. Pros. Easily fits a 13x9 cassarole pan. Gets HOT fast. First thing I tested was temp. Set to 350⁰ my prone read and held 368⁰. At 450⁰ held 488⁰. Possibly high due to probe being very close to racks but higher for my liking is better anyway. Top and sides do get hot to the touch. My kids act as if it is on fire. It is not but it dies get hot to the touch. I can touch it briefly. Under cabinet got warm on the bottom but nothing concerning. Convection works well. Hoping to airfry soon. Have not tested rotisserie. Doirs open on both sides. Read Cons for tip on this CONS- BE VERY CAREFUL REMOVING FOID. The racks are weak. And will cave if pulled out. This is an easy fix. Only pull the rack out about 1 inch to hold doors open then use oven cgloces to remove food. Problem solved with ZERO burns This will be hard to clean. I know because my last one was same design. But it is a damn oven they are never easy to clean. No always on feature. Frankly, my last had this feature I used it once to see it work. Necer used it again in 3 yrs. If more time us needed jyst turn the dial. All in all uf this little guy lasts 2 yrs or more I will be absolutely estatic. Well worth the price for that length of time. Fingers crossed ... show more

Have used this toaster oven for cooking steak, chicken, fish, pizza, and garlic bread so far. In my opinion, it works best on the middle rack with the pizza/toast function, which utilizes the top and bottom heating elements, thus cooking food more evenly. Started out using the bake function which only utilizes the bottom heating element, but resulted in uneven cooking and unusually long baking times. I almost gave up on this oven. Then I tried the pizza/toast function and everything is cooked perfectly. Love this oven! ... show more

I would have given 5 stars if it had an air fry function, which most do for the same price. It's beautiful in the counter, not bulky, just perfect. I have room at the top for my pans and mitts. Really love the sturdy black pan especially and the drip tray. I covered both in foil to avoid cleanup. Love this little oven. So far, we've done pizza, a roast, a turkey, fried crawfish and lasagna. All dishes vahe out perfectly cooked and even, but you need to watch it at first. Best to adjust your pans some to test out how each thing will cook, because it's not an exact science starting out. So I recently purchased this because my oven isn’t working properly. I missed making things in my oven and especially holiday baking! I searched many different products before deciding on this one. Immediately I hooked it up and noticed it wasn’t heating. I read the instructions and to my surprise,the timer must be set for it to heat. At first,I thought this was goofy. But I now understand why it has this safety feature. And it heats beautifully and fast! I made several batches of cookies. I burnt the first batch,it gets very hot so I’d start on a lower temperature at first until you learn the heat settings The other batches came out amazingly good! I distributed them to my friends with Christmas cards. And of course,I ate a few! (Few=lots!) I will say the outer part of the oven gets hot. It has a heat warning sticker on the top of it to indicate this. One thing I noticed also is one of the French doors didn’t quite close all the way which makes heat escape. So I notified the seller. They responded immediately with very sincere apologies and told me to do a replacement or a refund on Amazon. I chose the replacement. They shipped me a new one same day and I scheduled a ups pick up for the old one. I got it days later and it is perfect! I’m very satisfied with my purchase and with the customer service I received.     • BRAND NEW MACHINE DEFECTIVE - WARRANTY USELESS

EDIT: I just got off the phone with them. They did respond to an email. They said 10 degrees in temperature is not much. It's not important. They insist "I" pay for shipping back to them and that I will not be reimbursed ever for that. THEN they will decide IF the machine is defective. I told them no one knows their warranty until AFTER they purchase the product and read the fine print. They told me it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to download the manual from Amazon and read all the details about their warranty in the manual. This is a heavy machine. The CHEAPEST shipping for a non-business EQUALS the cost of the machine. It's way OVER $100. Nothing like losing $150 on a purchase of a new oven toaster. I'm sure everyone can afford that!!!! It's probably a simple temperature probe that would cost $3, but, no, they cannot offer that either. GRRRR!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I missed my return date to Amazon by 2 days. 1st and 2nd try using it I thought I was doing something wrong. Everything burnt. 3rd try I put 2 thermometers in there. It heats 10 degrees hotter. Tried it numerous times after that. Same result. No warranty number to call in their warranty information. Hard to find info on warranty at all. Finally submitted what "may" be an email on their site. And IF they reply, "I" have to pay for shipping back to them, and they will decide "IF" they will consider it defective, and whether they will repair or replace product. Shipping costs would be outrageous!! Might as well have no warranty at all. Brand new machine. Lots of money just lost. ... show more

This oven lived 10 months. Smelled fried electronics odor & then no oven heat. Build quality seemed to be on the cheaper side, especially compared to another toaster oven that I own.
