Updated Probably deserves 4 stats but Love It

It has now been a year. This oven is heavily used daily. 3 teenagers baking frozen foodsand I use it almost daily to make dinner. The temp no longer reaches 450⁰ but it holds at about 380⁰ which works just fine. I am still happy with it. Was delivered yesterday so cannot attest to longevity. But Love this oven. I replaced another that never worked right. For reference we are a house of 5 with 3 being teenagers. So in 24 hrs this little oven has seen a lot of use. Pros. Easily fits a 13x9 cassarole pan. Gets HOT fast. First thing I tested was temp. Set to 350⁰ my prone read and held 368⁰. At 450⁰ held 488⁰. Possibly high due to probe being very close to racks but higher for my liking is better anyway. Top and sides do get hot to the touch. My kids act as if it is on fire. It is not but it dies get hot to the touch. I can touch it briefly. Under cabinet got warm on the bottom but nothing concerning. Convection works well. Hoping to airfry soon. Have not tested rotisserie. Doirs open on both sides. Read Cons for tip on this CONS- BE VERY CAREFUL REMOVING FOID. The racks are weak. And will cave if pulled out. This is an easy fix. Only pull the rack out about 1 inch to hold doors open then use oven cgloces to remove food. Problem solved with ZERO burns This will be hard to clean. I know because my last one was same design. But it is a damn oven they are never easy to clean. No always on feature. Frankly, my last had this feature I used it once to see it work. Necer used it again in 3 yrs. If more time us needed jyst turn the dial. All in all uf this little guy lasts 2 yrs or more I will be absolutely estatic. Well worth the price for that length of time. Fingers crossed

This is my 2nd one of these Elite Gourmet Ovens. Old one lasted 4 1/2 years before one of the four elements quit working. I used it almost every night for steaks, pork chops, chicken, fish, hamburgers, hot dogs ect. I also make cornbread muffins and cookies in it. Every Thanksgiving I cooked a 16 lb Turkey in it. It beats the heck out of using my big regular oven that I have never used since I bought these. I highly recommend it! I had to buy an extension cord (3 ft $8.99) for it because of where I placed it. If you have to, make sure the cord is rated for over 1800 watts. DO NOT use a regular household cord. I did and the cord gets way too hot. The only complaint I have is that it is not self cleaning lol.

OVEN WORKS GREAT BUT IT NEEDS BETTER WIRE RACKS

The Oven is a great size easy to use 2 zone and nice pan came with it , however the wire racks are not good I did contact the seller and they were very nice, however they did not send me a better set of sturdy wire racks they did send me a second pan which I will certainly use. sadly the wire racks are to-flimsy to hold a whole chicken in a glass baking dish, I had to use both wire racks together which worked fine. The 2 Pans made up for it. I really like the oven. Convection works really good, not air-fryer level but nice convection and the rotisserie is a nice feature plan on doing a roast for the holidays on it. This is oven is used for my second floor Butlers Kitchen for our BNB.

Best conventional oven

Best decision for the money and variety. Have been able to bake better quality cakes. It fits perfectly and is super quiet. I have not used all of the features but looking forward to making lasagna soon. Very easy to keep clean and so far cooks great.

BRAND NEW MACHINE DEFECTIVE - WARRANTY USELESS

EDIT: I just got off the phone with them. They did respond to an email. They said 10 degrees in temperature is not much. It's not important. They insist "I" pay for shipping back to them and that I will not be reimbursed ever for that. THEN they will decide IF the machine is defective. I told them no one knows their warranty until AFTER they purchase the product and read the fine print. They told me it was MY RESPONSIBILITY to download the manual from Amazon and read all the details about their warranty in the manual. This is a heavy machine. The CHEAPEST shipping for a non-business EQUALS the cost of the machine. It's way OVER $100. Nothing like losing $150 on a purchase of a new oven toaster. I'm sure everyone can afford that!!!! It's probably a simple temperature probe that would cost $3, but, no, they cannot offer that either. GRRRR!!!! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I missed my return date to Amazon by 2 days. 1st and 2nd try using it I thought I was doing something wrong. Everything burnt. 3rd try I put 2 thermometers in there. It heats 10 degrees hotter. Tried it numerous times after that. Same result. No warranty number to call in their warranty information. Hard to find info on warranty at all. Finally submitted what "may" be an email on their site. And IF they reply, "I" have to pay for shipping back to them, and they will decide "IF" they will consider it defective, and whether they will repair or replace product. Shipping costs would be outrageous!! Might as well have no warranty at all. Brand new machine. Lots of money just lost.

For the price, you just cannot go wrong. The oven is big, easy to clean. I am still learning how to use it. I have bake pies, pizza, and use it to reheat food. Plz read and re-read the manual. This is a powerful oven and it will cook your food in less time. You can set the upper and lower dials individually and it can be adjusted as you cook for your perfect meal. The oven does get hot, so did my previous (Black& Decker) so this is not a surprise. I hate cooking and cleaning my big oven. The Elite toaster oven will not heat up the house and it will save you money on electricity. It is easy to use and practical when you have to cook a meal for one or for a large family. Over all, I am ready for the holidays and everything else in between.

YOU'LL GET BURNS FROM THE DOORS

WHEN OPENING THE FRENCH DOORS, IT TAKES BOTH HANDS, IT'S WORDED LIKE IT ONLY NEED 1 HAND (LIKE ALL OTHER FRENCH DOORS.) IT IS A SAFETY HAZARD . WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOORS TO PLACE FOOD IN OR OUT, THE DOORS CLOSE BACK IN ON YOU, CAUSING SEVERAL BURNS ON MY HUSBAND,AND I. NO WAY TO KEEP DOORS OPEN. A SIMPLE LITTLE DIMPLE IN THE FRAME TO HOLD THE DOOR OPEN WOULD HAVE PREVENTED THIS ISSUE. THE FRAME NEEDS INSULATION, IT HEATS UP THE KITCHEN. THE WIRE SHELVES ARE SO FLIMSY THAT YOU NEED TO USE THE TOGETHER TO HOLD JUST 8X8 GLASS BAKING PAN. IT HAS BROILER SETTING BUT NO BROILER PAN? Very cheaply made, a thin metal wall with no insulation, most the heat is lost. The gap between the single layer glass doors let's heat out. I wouldn't use it in the summer. Makes a great space heater. Not that easy to get clean the glass doors or walls. I was so disappointed, had everything I wanted, but being burned constantly, the thin walls, single glass doors, the very thin wire racks. The kitchen gets so hot. Not a quality build, very light weight.

Just Fair !!

Looks great but whatever you cook ad about 10 minutes to the cooking time. Radiates a lot of heat. Had to readjust oven doors because there was a gap when closed. I will replace this oven when I can afford to.
